      Free trial is just a scam. I was late 1 day to cancel and $162 is gone. I can not find a person to talk. Just automatic line. Why a company with billion dollars do not have a chance to talk in person. Shame! I will not forget this..

      The customer signed up for a ****** free trial of League Pass on October 18th and was subsequently charged for the subscription on October 26th. The user then submitted a request to our League Pass support on December 7th and a customer service representative responded back the same day, informing the customer that the purchase was not eligible for a refund and referring them to the Subscriber Agreement for more details regarding the terms of their subscription. The customer also had the option to reach out to our US phone support team during operating hours to speak over the phone to a customer service representative.

      I signed up for nba league pass last week the fifty percent promo.This morning i got a message from my credit card company charging my full price.I been on the phone over an hour speaking to support. I definitely put in the promo code but they claimed they dont see it. I The ticket numer is ******* I spoke with ******* who claimed she was the highest level i could speak to and there was no number to identify her. She canceled my subscription I was given a refund. Appears to be a bait and switch approach I want to get my account renewed at the half price that i agreed to.

      In response to Mr. ***** review, we provided him with instructions via email on December 10 on how to purchase NBA League Pass at the promotional price he referenced in his review. Once Mr. **** informs us that he has re-purchased an NBA League Pass subscription via NBA.com, per our correspondence, we will be able to apply the promotional price to his purchase.

      I paid for the League Pass to watch the Grizzlies, since I travel for a living. My travels have taken me to ***********, **. No local network airs the Grizzlies game and the area is blacked out. I called to ask why the area was blacked out. They wanted to troubleshoot my app, blame ****** (who I bought the service through), and say a regional game is being aired on ****. After 20 minutes they came to the conclusion it was blacked out. I asked where it was being aired and was told ****. I informed the rep it was a regional game and she stated it was the regional network. I asked the channel and was told maybe *** or ****. I have paid for a service and cannot be told the local station that is airing on causing the blackout. The lady does not even have basic information about how the regional broadcasting works. It isnt her fault the game is blacked out; but, she is very uneducated in how her company operates. Furthermore, I spent 20 minutes of answering questions and listening to her blame others to attempt to end the call. She did have a good demeanor; but, did not listen to what I was saying or have any information to assist me.
