      Paid them for installing a swing set from Backyard Discovery back back in February. Two and half months later, we're still waiting for the installation to be scheduled. All I ever get from them is "we are working on it - the scheduler says he is going to call you". However this never happens. Date of purchase: 2/14/2023

      Go Configure was hired to handle the assembly of my treadmill. They have not showed up and have not provided responses to my numerous inquiries.

      paid for carport / gazebo assembly. promised it would be done within *********************************************** my driveway. I cannot get their alleged "professional" assemblers (***************) to commit to any date to assemble it. This after I paid their fee. All I ever get from them is "we are working on it - the scheduler says he is going to call you". However this never happens.

      I purchased a playset through ******* on March 10 for $1,600.00. Of that amount, $600 was for assembly of the playset through Go Configure. On March 20 I canceled the order. I've received a refund from ******* but Go Configure has yet to issue a refund. I've tried calling and I've sent several emails but still no response.

      On 12/15/2022 ******************* (my husband) and I purchased an IHA - *** TREADMILL *** TREADMILL from Schwinn: order SO-********. We also paid for assembly. We are now 6 weeks since purchase, and we are still waiting for our machine-which doesn't work-to be fixed. The company they use for assembly etc Go Configure does not call us back or schedule with us. Every call we make to them they repeat the same message: someone will back to us. They don't. This was needed for pre-surgery care. Neither Nautilus/Schwinn are doing anything to fix the problem, or Go Configure. We have attempted contacting them through emails and phone calls over a dozen times. No one is doing anything! We have a $1500 unusable product in our entranceway.

      No, it is still unresolved. They sent the wrong part, and then sent a motor which the company claims they cannot install. They said we should have been sent a new machine.

      I purchased the treadmill on 12/4/23 and assembled on 12/10/23. The treadmill didn't work. Nautilus had warranty to fix the treadmill by delivered the part and send technician from Go Configure to assemble the parts. I contacted Go Configure many times to schedule an appointment but the agents could not get response from the technician to give the appointment. Go configure agents always said they tried to contact the technician but no update. I talked with the district coordinator at ******* to work on this issue but still did not solved the issue. I still have not had the answer which day Go configure will come to assemble the parts. I contacted Go Configure almost everyday for more than 2 weeks but still no progress. All agents including the district coordinator who answered the phone always said they contact the technician, texted them, left the message but no response. I asked for the district manager to discuss the issue but ****, the coordinator didn't give the contact info to me. Please help me solve this problem since it has been ongoing for a month since I bought the treadmill and could not use it.
