I have been sent a bill in the amount of $45.02 each month since July 2022 for services provided on 6/1 and 6/9/2022. I contacted the ************** on 7/25, 8/9, 9/7, 9/9, 9/26, 11/14 and 12/1/2022 explaining that MVP, my ******** (3rd Insurance) had not received a claim and there was a 6 month timeframe to submit claims. On 9/28/2022 I forwarded a letter to the ************** indicating the above and that the claim must include the Explanation of Benefits from my Primary and Secondary Insurances. I sent a copy of the letter to 3 other WMCHealth Offices and to the Office of the Attorney General ***, ****** of ******** Frauds and Protections.I only received a response from the *********************** and it was indicated in December that a letter would be sent to WMCHealth. However, the bills continue to be sent. WMCHealth should send a proper claim to MVP and they are responsible if the claim does not meet the established timeframe.Customer response

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Advanced Imaging regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

It is against WHealth Physicians, ********************** who share the same address as Advanced Imaging. I contacted the ************** on 2/1/2023. Received return call from a supervisor who indicated that the matter would be resolved. Continue to await resolution.
