    The contractor came under **** recommended list of landscapers. Turns out he was not licensed, The contract was simple; trim back all trees and bushes that were touching three sides of the house. I wasn't home to supervise. He destroyed healthy buses/trees next to the front gate and pulled out bushes and trees in the backyard - not anything to do with touching the house. He also left a considerable amount of yard debris.He demanded payment and refused to fix. His statement was I'm finished. He also refused to cooperate with the **** *************** ****'s only step was to drop him as a contractor.I am now out $1800.

    First, I would like to clarify I'm a ISA ********* Arborist and my tree service company is fully licensed and insured.  I rendered my services to *** ******* as we discussed.  The place was full of overgrown bushes in particular the Taxus located by gate door as shown in pictures.  Taxus were cut for safety, once trimmed it was easier to hold on to the entrance hand railings.  In addition and to confirm how overgrown everything was, while working on ******* property several neighbors stopped by and requested for bushes to be cut.  


    Again, my crew and I did all pruning and trimming that was discussed and agreed with ********  Now she is not being honest by saying she was not home to supervise.  Originally, she told me she would not be home because she was going to be at work but it turned out she was inside the house the whole day.  When I finished all work, I texted her.  I did not receive a reply so later that afternoon I gave her a call to ask about payment she said to pick it up because she was home...feeling sick?  ******* payed me no problem but the next day in the morning she asked me if I was going to go back to clean up more leaves.  I guessed she wanted me to clean up leaves from previous years that were there but we never agreed on that. I didn't even know the leaves were there until after we removed the trees and pruned some of the plants. she got upset because I told her I was done with what we had agreed on. 


    This entire situation has gotten out of hand, now *** ******* is giving my services poor reviews and bad mouthing my company with *****'s List.  Due to her negative review, my account was closed.   In order to have my account re-established, I worked with representative and presented them with a contract that states "Tree Removals and Pruning ,Trimming of plants and shrubs".  Now ******* wants to expose me and hurt my business with Better Business Bureau. I've been on business since ************************************************************** ******** it feels like she is trying to take advantage of me and I will not allow it.  Unfortunately, I have already provided her with services and this is not something I can take back...I will not refund her any money.   Please let me know if you have anymore questions.

    Again, the only work required was trimming any bushes and trees that were touching my house. **** Concha took it upon himself to do work that was not requested nor wanted leaving me debris from HIS job in the back yard. He destroyed healthy bushes by the front gate - taking away my privacy.

    The nonsense about neighbors stopping by is just that - poor nonsense,

    He is anything but a competent professional landscaper. He also did not pay sales tax on the job which he is required to do so in Westchester County **.
