    Sent computer to them for repair installed and had issues they worked on resolving the issue and came to a decision to refund my payment, will highly recommend this company

    These guys were very helpful in the repair process. Unfortunately for me, the 2 units I sent them still did not work when I got them back. I spoke with customer service and they promptly issued a full refund for both units. It does not get much easier than this. When they say "Money back guarantee," they mean it. I definitely recommend, and would not second guess sending them my repairs in the future.

    G7 stood behind its promise, I sent the ECU for my ********** car to be repaired. They tried the first time but it did not work, they tired the second time and still did not work. I had the feeling that was going to be hard to repaired based on information I read on line from other ********** owners. G7 responded fast via text message and kept me informed. They started the refund process within minutes they received my request. I thanked them for being profesional and honest. Hard to find nowadays. Much appreciated.

    These guys are very honest and hold themselves to their policy. Tried to get done a Pontiac GTO 2004 BCM and although the issue couldn’t be fixed and we needed a new BCM these guys checked it out and refunded us when we got our BCM back. They communicate well over email and were able to get back to me on the process

    Have used G7 Computers for multiple module repairs at this point, fast turn around, great customer service! If they can't fix it, you get your money back, good communication. My go to for module repair.
