    Very good customer service. The ECU in our 2002 ****** ******* was not the solution for the vehicle. However, the ECU was returned quickly, and the customer service was outstanding.

    G7 Computers worked on a module I sent them twice trying to repair it. In the end the module was not repairable and although they tried, twice, they refunded the full amount of the repair agreed at the start. They were fair, great communication and best of all, honest. Thank you.

    Ecu for **** fixed however ecu was
    Sending code ? Called G7 and always got back to me. Talk to John and said
    He would take care of it. Send ecu back or give me a refund. First tried to
    Clear code didn't work got refund.
    I would and will use G7 company again.

    What a great experience with G7 Computers. They made two efforts to get my PCM working again for my 2011 *** ****. When it was obvious the PCM was beyond repair they refunded my payment! Stand up company!

    Great Experience! They tried to reprogram/fix my ECM not once but when there was still issues I sent it back a second time with no charge. Turns out I had a bad ECM that would not hold the programing. What made this company above and beyond was they stand by their word and refunded me the original amount I paid to have my ECM reprogrammed when they couldn't fix it. If I ever find myself in the future with ECM issues on any vehicle they will be my FIRST choice of solutions.
