    As far as service, promtpness, and customer service G7 Computers makes no delay. Reached out to them with questions I had about their process I was contacted within the same day. Logistics was a smooth process, mailed in my computer and was emailed as soon as it arrived. As soon as the service was completed ( within 24 hours like they guarantee in their description) I was emailed that it was on it's way back. Painless and easy transaction of services. When you get your package back (1-2 day shipping) it comes with a summary of repair, really appreciated that. Unfortunately I've had bad luck with this vehicle since the issue occurred so I can't fault them for the fact that the computer didn't work when I plugged it in. Contacted them right away and they completely understood and offered advice on how to proceed from that point forward. I would still recommend their company to anyone facing the same issues with their vehicle. Reasonable price, fast turn around time, and professional technicians. Things didn't work out for me this time but still going to utilize this company for the near future.

    Hey, G! I got my 2010 Mazda transmission software issues fixed by the amazing folks at G computer. Let me tell you, they really know their stuff! Their expertise and skillful work were top-notch, and they were incredibly quick in their response.

    My ECM was not fixed but the customer service made up for it, and I was given a full refund. I suggest knowing 100% that it’s your cars issue before sending so you don’t end up with the same results, however they’re ran professionally for whatever the customer needs

    G7 has fixed my ECU/ME for my MB 1995 C36, the car works great now. Shipped it from Canada and just had to arrange to get it out of US. Great communication with G7 though out the experience. Price is probably the best one you can find, and does not change. Very thankful
