    That on or about July of this year, REMOVED, my wife, made a deposit of $1500 at your REMOVEDto REMOVED. This deposit was for a headstone to be placed on a relative's gravesite. REMOVEDsubsequently informed me of the process, which entailed obtaining plot owners signature before I can begin. I could not obtain signature, and thus informed REMOVEDof my desire for a full refund. He agreed via email and said that the request was sent to the accounts department. After several weeks of no refund, I contacted REMOVEDagain, via email. After several days of no response, I managed to make contact with REMOVED, who in turn, informed me that I will only receive $1000 back and the remaining $500 is placed on hold for future business. This is unacceptable, and several emails were directly sent to REMOVEDSprung, as REMOVEDclaimed that this was approved by him. I am demanding a refund of the remaining $500, to be deposited back.I submitted a notarized letter to the Sprung Corp. of my intent, and am simply asking for a refund of my funds.

    At this time, I have not been contacted by Sprung Monument Corp. regarding complaint ID REMOVED.

    I'm looking for next steps on previously submitted complaint (REMOVED); did not receive complete clarification. The company, Sprung Monuments, did not respond to BBB, nor did they respond to my letters or emails. What should be my next step?
