1 starWorse experience ever! The barrel table that was delivered does not look anything like picture of the item on their website. It rather looks like bad quality copy, totally unfinished look. And they want me to pay $550 to send it back. Ridiculous!Wine Enthusiast Inc.

1 starI will never order from this company again. Was recently charged on my account for something they claim was purchased 1.5 years ago, How could a company be allowed to charge you for something that was purchased that long ago. I did make payments to them in Dec of that year so I don't know if they are double charging me or not. It is difficult to verify items purchased and paid for that long ago. I will never order from them again. Very poor customer support!Wine Enthusiast Inc.

Our sincere apologies for the delayed billing although I show that it is a legitimate charge. From the total of the order which was $230.87 there was a delay in billing the balance of $76.94 since the item was personalized and shipped from a different location. 1 starWhen this company tells you that its Fusion wine glasses are guaranteed not to break or they will be replaced for free, it sounds too good to be true. It is. The "free replacement" requires the customer to pay for "shipping and handling." OK, that's cool--until one sees what shipping and handling translate to in terms of cost: $12.95 per glass! Not per replacement order, but per glass! I can buy new glasses cheaper than that. This is outright fraudulent advertising. Don't get caught ** in the hype as I ONCE did--but never again.Wine Enthusiast Inc.

Thank you for contacting us. I can understand your frustration regarding the warranty replacement program. I wish it cost us less than $5 to ship the replacement **************, but shipping costs have increased greatly and we do need to cover ourselves while continuing to offer our Replacement Benefit to our customers. On the other hand, we do have a discounted shipping price on 2 or more glasses. I will have someone reach out directly so that we can get a replacement order entered at a reduced shipping cost. 1 starDecent Cellar, Disappointing experience.This is my second attempt at this review, apparently the first wasnt appreciated and Wine Enthusiast wouldnt post it on the product page. We purchased the VinoView 155 in early February. It was delivered in the beginning of March. Overall, its a nice cellar. We ran into issues with the delivery however. The first delivery was cancelled at the end of the delivery window for that day, and then rescheduled. The unit had no feet on it when it showed up, and the delivery team didnt realize it until they started to slide the unit over our floors. We stopped them when we saw the damage to our wood floors, as without feet it was rough metal gouging the floors. The delivery team called Wine Enthusiast to get feet ordered and started a claim through their process to repair the damage caused. Their claim process has been anything less than easy or clear to navigate, and frankly has been a bit suspect, as apparently the delivery driver has a side business doing home repairs. As for the feet, even after direct contact with Wine Enthusiast customer service, we still have not received replacement feet over a month later. And customer service would barely engage on the delivery issues. So we found some on our own, so that we could install them and actually get to use the unit. They are basic s**** in feet, so easy enough to order. However (and maybe the reason it didnt have feet when it got to us), the brackets that the feet s**** into were very crooked and bent, so the feet do not go in straight which made it very difficult to level the unit, but we got there eventually. Unfortunately the difficulty with the delivery and claims process, and the issues with the feet and limited ability to contact customer service have made what should have been a positive purchase a regrettable one. Id go another direction the next time I need to make a purchase like this.Wine Enthusiast Inc.

1 starI received a wine opener without screws to affix the base. I was unable to attach the base.I reached out and was sent another top to the wine opener, not the screws. I reached out and said I still needed screws. They finally sent screws, but the screws DO NOT FIT THE BASE. This company DOES NOT CARE AND HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IMAGINABLE.Wine Enthusiast Inc.

1 starQuite possible the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE-**** and ***** are the worst of all!!!!
This crew must be taking courses on how to wear down the customer as you are on hold for at least 45 minutes....then hung up on. They say they will call you back if disconnected, but never happens. Ask for a manager and **** says 'they are in a meeting'.
After 4 months of continued calls to customer service to report that our brand new wine refrigerator unit was not working right out of the gate, we were FINALLY transferred to ***** (a real customer service agent), who issued a refund on this unit. ***** is the only person that actually helped us. The rest of you should be ashamed of yourselves. Not sure who owns this company, but it is a SHAM!Wine Enthusiast Inc.

1 starThis is a terrible company with non-existent customer service. I have a Eurocave wine cooler that stopped cooling about 3 months ago. I called Wine Enthusiast technical support and they diagnosed it as a compressor issue and recommended some repair companies in *******. They sent a new compressor right away. The fix last two weeks and the cooler would not cool again so I called back and they said it was likely a bad sensor and they would ***** the right one immediately. I called the repair company again and they sent out their technician and the sensor was the wrong sensor (it was for a dual cooling unit and mine is single cooling). I call wine enthusiast again and they send another sensor. I call the technician out again and it is the same incorrect sensor sent twice. I am now out $900 in technician fees. I call back again and they said the correct part was back ordered to Oct 15. Oct 15 passes and I hear nothing from wine enthusiast. I call again (15 to 20 min hold every time) and now it has been back ordered to Nov 5. Again, I have heard nothing from Wine Enthusiast and am on another 20 min wait trying to reach someone at Wine Enthusiast. I have spent $900 in fees + $ 175 in a part that does not work and have over $10,000 of wine in non working cooler and WE customer service is nonexistent. They do not respond to emails and have recently stopped the customer service email. Do not buy a wine cooler from this company ever !!Wine Enthusiast Inc.

1 starHorrible customer service. Multiple long-wait-time phone calls. Upon instruction, spent $240 (incl. labor) for two replacement parts. Issue identified finally in sealed compressor system. Therefore, under warranty (3 yrs). To Wine Enthusiast, "warranty" meant to credit my original purchase price against full price of $2899 plus shipment quoted for replacement (my model had been discontinued). Protested in phone calls, e-mails, written letter, with no response. Finally bought new cooler (other brand) for $1450, or less than the price differential these creeps would have demanded. This "service" cost me $240 and delayed getting a working machine by 2.5 months. Never buy from these people! I surely won't.Wine Enthusiast Inc.

We have no records in our system for the unit that was purchased, it appears that the unit was purchased through another company.
