    Ordered about $70 worth of product on October 16. On October 17th, the shipping label was created and said it was picked up by a shipping partner, Today is November 1st and it still says it has not been received by the ****. Their refund policy is horrible. You need to receive the product before you can return/refund it. I unfortunately paid using my debit card, instead of ******. ****** makes the refund policy so easy.
    Their customer service is nonexistent, there is no live helpline to complain about your orders, I sent an email complaint(they say they reply within 1-2 business days) and it has been 5 days. They clearly do not know how to do business and do not care about their customers.

    Absolutely terrible company. I still have many orders from months ago that have not been shipped. Although the clothing and accessories are cool, do not waste your time. The entire company is a scam. They take your money, send you usually 50% of your items 2 months later, and when you complain, they give you store credit so you can wait another 2 months to not even receive them. Horrible customer service, they truly do not care about their customers. Do not even waste your time with this company!

    I have ordered about 17 mystery boxes and every single one of them has had nothing that was promised. One order had a total of for and when my package arrived I got one pair of socks and a flag along with 3 stickers. The mystery boxes promised a hoodie 2 shirts and 2 mystery items. Its really disappointing when you reach out to customer service and youre basically told why are you complaining you got your moneys worth. I understand they are giving a massive sale on the mystery boxes but they are not giving what they are advertising.

    Ordered 3 hoodies and a blanket. The blanket was never received so they gave me store credit. Like I want to make another purchase after receiving the hoodies, the tie dye print is not what the website showed. Out of the 3 hoodies, only 1 looked similar to the website photo, the other 2, one isnt even tie dyed at all. I wish I could share the photos of what i received verses what was ordered. After filling out the form on the website for help a half a dozen times, I was told to send the hoodies back within 14 days to receive store credit. So now i have to go out of my way to package it back ** in the original packaging, and send it back? I'm sorry but why would I want to purchase again? Literally my entire order was messed up except 1 hoodie. And we spent a little over $150 bucks! Very disappointed.

    This company is a crock. Their sales are nuts which you think is awesome when a 200 dollar item is 5 dollars but half the time the item quality is complete garbage and the other half of the time they don't even send you what you ordered! And they don't refund items, you can get store credit. Oh yay, money to use on another thing they won't send to me...cool. Their customer service is trash also. If you plan on ordering from them just expect to lose half your money since your items will never show up. You've been warned.

    I've had two orders come in from this place. After reading many other reviews and having similar experiences, this is how this company does business- They **** your order as "shipped" a few days after your purchase because their policy is you can not ask for the order to be cancelled or refunded if it is ****ed as shipped. Are your items physically shipped? Absolutely not. They leave the warehouse a month later if you're lucky, most are a month and a half. Then it gets sent to a third party shipping company called OSM Shipping, when looking at tracking, once the items ship it takes OSM 3-5 business days to get your package to you. Both times when I've received my package there have always been items missing. **************** has been prompt and replies day of or day after with credit for the items missing. You'll always get credit even if you ask for a refund or for them to ship you the missing item. Long wait, no refunds, missing items, is this the way to do business, definitely not, but at the end of the day you're paying $2 for $30-$50+ worth of stuff. You just have to unfortunately hush, and wait it out. Will you get your package? Yes. It's a ****** and like a forgotten Christmas gift when it arrives. This is just how these guys do business, so either stay away or understand this is the process.

    Waited a whole month to get my *********** missing items. There help center is **** and I'll never order from them agine. Can't find anyone to get ahold of about my missing items

    Still never received order it has been 3 weeks. They blocked me from their social media because they don't want any bad reviews. Horrible company will never order again. I only put one start because they made me otherwise 0 stars

    After stupidly placing way too many orders and spending WAY too much money, I like their stuff, if you can actually get it anyway Ive spent a small fortune here and consistently only received partial orders and never received a replacement order for missing items or anything like that (they do this to keep you as a customer and to reel you back in). If you made a purchase during a sale and are trying to get the item you already purchased at the price you paid, forget about it. Its not happening. This place is a freaking mess and if theyd pull their heads out for a minute they might be able to actually fulfill orders. Needless to say I will be placing some disputes with my bank. *** this place. Oh and the **** **** about not being able to cancel you order? Nothing but **** Watch how quick they cancel your order if you complain to your bank and dont get a refund. This place is a joke. Go spend your money elsewhere

    Still waiting for any movement with the tracking number Ordered on 8/5. I guess its like the **** app lol maybe Ill get my **** eventually :-/
