    This man ********************* is a liar and a total fraud. Hes brand new to the industry, just a few years experience. He told us he has an entire company of construction guys working just for him. That was a lie, hes a contractor just like the rest who subcontracts out. He took a huge deposit all the while selling us lies about what he was going to do to our home. He told us that taking a 30% deposit is the norm for the industry (even though he didn't supply the materials). Thats completely false, coming from lots of experience working with contractors in the past 9 months. We learned that large initial deposits should only be given to your contractor to buy materials. Then he took our deposit money and ran to go spend it on his personal life and told us to take him to court to get it back, just 2 days after work began. Do not work with him or you will get robbed. Like we did, for nearly $10k, after working out a payment plan with him for him to give us some back. We literally had to argue with him to give just $3k back of the more than $10k he ultimately stole. He acted like he did us a favor to give us just some of the money back that he STOLE from us. Oh, and he only gave it back because we told him we actually would take him to court and *** him. Unfortunately this was our first run-in with a contractor and he is completely crooked, a thief and a liar. The 15+ other contractors/subcontractors we have worked with since him have been honest and did not take large initial deposits (except in a few circumstances to secure costly materials). Not to mention he is blatantly antisemitic (see his reverse review to me on the Thumbtack app for evidence of this). Do not work with him, trust me.
