      Completely smooth transaction! I purchased a book of 50 custom personal checks with overnight delivery. The order was placed over the weekend, so it was processed and shipped on Monday. They arrived Tuesday via ***** Priority Overnight and are the professional quality advertised. Very happy with the checks, service, and entire experience.

      BAIT & SWITCH Placed order.5 days later, company emails me telling me the order is on hold.I called in and they informed my selected color paper was OOS. I was reassured that they'd have more by the end of week.4 days later, a shipment confirmation email was sent.Then 3 days later, I receive another email that the order wasn't shipped. Assumedly, they then proceed to tell me that they've decided to change the color to one of their choosing.I yelled some obscenities & told them to cancel the order. To their credit - they did.I subsequently apologized to the ** rep for the ad hominem attack & am using a different vendor.Unpleasant experience.

      We greatly apologize for the inconvenience! Our goal is to satisfy our valued customers. Unfortunately things are going out of control. We are going through crisis in getting our stock from our suppliers. As well known, it is very hard to find paper these days. we were expecting a delivery from our vendor which was cancelled with no definite ETA. therefore, the stock color was changed to the most similar color that we had in stock. We appreciate your understanding and greatly apologize for the trouble this has caused.Thank you,
