    I called this company to order a 20 yard dumpster to my property, when I calledfor a quote the owner answered and gave me a price of a little over $723. After he charge my credit card for the initial payment the next day, he bills it for $108 without calling me or any communication to tell me he is billing my debit card. I instantly called when I saw the charge and he said it was for a deposit. He did not mention anything about a deposit. He just took money out of my account. at that point, I told him how I felt about him taking money out of my account without telling me.. And when I questioned him after the fact,he sent an invoice. I still havent received my written invoice at this point. , I texted him a text told him how I felt about him taking money out of my account without telling me.. The day he picks up the container, he leaves me a text message, which I still have that said. A little over. Then that evening I look at my balance on my debit card and he took another $180 out again without even asking or me signing anything including the original contract. I did not give him permission to take out either the $108 for the deposit or the $180 for the so-called overcharge. he did reimburse me the $108 in material that he gave me so he didnt have to give me the cash back. I asked himto show me something that the weight was over and he could not provide anything. After calling the owner and trying to resolve this, I received Over 20 text from the owner harassing me and telling me basically too bad. So I ended up paying over $900 for a 20 yardcontainer that I was told it was $723. It was typical bait and switch. Unfortunately, we do not have home improvement licenses or a consumer affairs Where I live. And he knows that there was no recourse for me. in no way what I consider this a trustworthy business.

    We allowed the container to stay much longer than the additional rental that we charged for. You did not get charged for an overage. We delivered it on short notice and on top of it gave you a $20 discount. The complaint is very misleading and not at all honest. We are sorry if you where disappointed but we maintain a PERFECT review record on ******, social media, yahoo, **** and others. This is the 1st time we have ever recieved a complaint of this nature, additionally even your credit card company settled the charge back dispute in our favor and typically the odds are against the company. I am sorry but nothing wrong was done here and you would have spent a decent amount more money had you used anyone else as we try our best to be especially affordable to our very local clients when we can being it's close to home. We are sorry for any misunderstanding and wish you well. Thank you
