Any comments specific to a visit may be sent through our secure messaging system. Generally, medications are refilled for 1-3 months based on the physicians judgement and the medications that can be refilled are listed on our website. If a refill is denied it is for the safety of the patient. Safety is our number one priority.

    MDAnywhere's service structure is oriented towards profit rather than prioritizing patient care, a perspective that is comprehensible from a business standpoint. During my visit, I indicated that I've been using the Finasteride product for 7 years, making a refill prescription a reasonable request. However, instead of providing refills (e.g., a 90-day refill), they mandate refills through a repeat visit setup, which incurs charges for each revisit. Although they do offer a 12-month prescription option at a higher cost, I believe their service quality is lacking based on this situation. I was very disappointed.

We give the patient the flexibility to determine their preferred length of treatment for certain treatments (i.e. 3 months vs. 12 months). These visit types will have different price structures. We offer upfront pricing on our website with no hidden fees.

    They offer a monthly maintenance drug for my condition. Unfortunately what they don't tell you is that the prescription they write contains ************. I would need to go to them (and be charged monthly) to continue my medication.
