    Extremely disappointed with this company and their staff, I booked a flight for my daughter, her husband and my 7-year-old grandson to honor the 2nd anniversary of my husbands death from cancer. I spent $1500.00 for the experience with my daughter and her family. At the time she had a toddler at home and we live approximately 3 hours away, so we needed to make arrangements. We had everything planned perfectly, but the day of the ride, September 30, 2023, it was cancelled due to weather. We rescheduled for the next day, and again we were told at 4:00 am that we wont be flying. ***** advised that we had a year to reschedule, but from the time I originally booked, which was in mid-June. After our original scheduled date, due to medical circumstances I was hospitalized no less than 5 times. ***** did text me a few times the night before to let me know they had availability. We were not able to utilize the dates she suggested. I called and texted the end of April, 2024 to try and rebook, I advised ***** that my daughter was pregnant and would she even be able to ride, for which she advised no. My daughter was due to have the baby the end of July, 2024. ***** did not care, and gave me a hard time, but, in the end, after speaking to the owner, did agree to extend until September 1, 2024. But if we didnt fly by that date, we would forfeit our tickets and the $1500.00. We chose the last possible day because my daughter had a C-Section and was advised by her doctors that she would not be able to fly for at least 4 weeks, and we needed to made arrangements for a newborn and a 3-year-old, so September 1, was our best option. Flight was cancelled on August 31, 2024 due to weather at 5:53 pm. We were told we could come Tuesday or Wednesday, but Tuesday is the 1st day of school, so was not an option. ***** and ***** were both very uncaring and unsympathetic to our situation. They got their money, no incentive for them to try and work something else out with us.
