    Order fulfillment is a problem. I have reached out multiple times and they say they are doing the best they can to catch up. Understandable but the continue to announce new collections without filling the older orders. This just adds to the backlog. Still waiting on an order that's way past their fulfillment commitment on the site.

    I would not recommend ordering from this website. They do not respond to emails at all, no matter how many times you try to reach out. Their stated shipping window is completely misleading my order was never shipped within the timeframe they promised. Weeks went by with no updates, and I had to chase them down just to get any information. Its incredibly frustrating to spend money and be left in the dark. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere that values their customers.

    I have spent a lot of money with this company (over $2K total across multiple transactions). They are a nee and growing comoany, so the shipping can sometimes be somewhat slow. However, they have great customer service. I have had two mistakes on orders that they swiftly corrected. Literally the only complaint that most people have is shipping speed. I am confident they will correct this in tine. Its a growing pain issue. Also, I have never waited more than 2-3 weeks for an order. That seems like an eternity when I am used to amazons shipping speed, for example. However its really not that long.

    My son was so excited to get Baseball 101 products. The first order they sent the wrong size shorts. I emailed the info@ email, which is the only way to get any type of customer service and I kept getting no replies. Finally they sent a gift card credit via email. Then I went to order another large order and used the credit. 7 weeks went by an my order was never delivered. I emailed the info@ email again and it took weeks of communication just to finally get an order that was missing items. They emailed me and said everything had been sent. I assured them that I was missing items then they emailed back saying they were out of stock on the items ordered. Horrible service!!!! This is so unfair because we love the clothes but they are impossible to get!! I truly hope that no one else will have to go through a summer of ordering problems like we have!!

    **************** is awful and refund practices unethical. Makes you jump through hoops to request a legit ate due refund (error on their end) and just repeatedly respond with we dont have a record of that despite showing their own receipt and credit card charge. Buyer Beware. I would avoid.

    I placed an order directly from their website on June 8th and today on June 21st, they cancelled it because all FOUR items were out of stock. They couldnt even give me an estimate for shipping. It appears that many others are having similar experiences with them.

    Due to a recent software update to our inventory and fulfillment systems, there was a temporary discrepancy in our stock counts. Unfortunately, this led to your order being processed despite the items no longer being available. We understand how disappointing this must be and deeply regret that we were unable to fulfill your purchase.We have verified your funds were refunded in full, and the transaction has been completed on our end. We are also taking additional steps internally to ensure more accurate inventory visibility moving forward, so situations like this do not occur again.

    Watch out, they have changed the quality of their t-shirt but still charging the outrageous pricing. **************** is terrible with the same response over and over again. I ordered four items for my sons birthday back on ********. It is now ********* and I only have one item. We have several other BL101 shirts and know what the normal quality is. We have received the Money t-shirt twice and it is made in ********* per the label and the normal shirt is made in *****. The shirt they sent it thin and see through. It is about 3 inches shorter than the two other YL shirts we have. The sleeves are two inches shorter too. It didn't even come in a BL101 bag like anything else we have ordered. I have gone to two retailers that carry the product, and they have the same shirt in the better quality, so I know they have it but they continue to see me a knock off. I also send two shorts back for a smaller size and they received the shirt and shorts back at the same time. They still have the replacement order marked as unfulfilled but they sent the shirt and it was been received. I get the same response "Sorry for the delay. I will reach out to me team to get this handled" every time I reach out. This is ridiculous!

    Terrible customer service, inconsistent on sizing, multiple lies by customer service and slow to ship. They focus on "new drops" yet refuse to fix previous orders. I was sent an incorrect item, it took them 6 weeks to send a corrected item.

    Beware.. if package is missing, they will make you jump through hoops to get a refund. We apologize for your inconvenience.Please contact the ********* post office to schedule a redelivery or pickup. This package is tracked as delivered by your local **** to the parcel locker, and you will need to resolve this with them. If you are unable to locate the package, you will need to file a missing package claim and send us the information and we will refund the order, as we are sold out of several of these items now.
