On July 16th I placed an order for $620.64. Today is July 30th with still no fulfillment on order. I also placed an order on July 25th for $225.05. Only 2 items out of that order has been shipped. Not only are none of my items shipped, but they are all showing sold out. I have been emailing and calling for days with NO response. There are hundreds of people all over social media that are experiencing the same thing. They are charging our cards, full prize and not sending items. I cannot get in touch with an actual person. Its the same comments over and over I want a full refund. This is absolutely ridiculous.Customer Answer

I placed an order July 19th for over $200. At checkout I was notified of the standard 5-7 business days for the order to process and be shipped which I was fine with. However, I noticed they posted on ******** sharing they had just shipped nearly ***** packages from a drop that was a week AFTER I placed my order. After seeing this I emailed them to see if I could get some information about my order and was met with generic AI responses that shared with me that they do not ship orders in the order they receive them, meaning they think it is perfectly okay with allowing my order to just sit unfulfilled while they are posting a new drop every other week and shipping those orders out priority. This is an absolutely horrible business practice. My son was so excited to get these and because we seen the brand at Academy I thought it would be legitimate but Ive been sadly mistaken. I have since been ghosted and are no longer receiving email responses about my order. Im to the point where Im going to have to dispute the card with my bank because theres zero communication and I feel like Im being scammed. Are you going to ship my order by the end of the week or are you going to refund me? This needs fixed because I do not understand how a big business like this can do what they are doing.Customer Answer

I ordered a shirt from this company via their website site on 7-7-2025 and paid $61.15. The order still has not been shipped as of today (7-29-2025). I reached out via email to inquire on 7-17-2025 and was given an automated response. I rated their response with one star with an explanation and still received no communication. I called and left a voicemail on 7-23-2025 and received no communication back. I commented on an ************** on 7-23-2025 and was asked for my order number. I provided it and still received no further communication in return. I sent another email 7-27-2025 asking for a refund. I would either like the shirt sent or my money refunded.Customer Answer

I purchased an order with the company on 6/23 and the items still have not shipped. I sent an email to see if I could get a status updated after 2 weeks and was told that the items take 5-7 business days to ship. I have since reached put 3 times and have only gotten automated responses telling me the same message. The customer service for this company is awful. The phone number is just a voice mail. The emails you send regarding your orderare just an AI generated response which gives no meaningful update. The website is super deceptive because it doesn't tell you that weeks will pass without items shipping I purchased clothing for my son on 6/23/25. It has not shipped today is 7/13/25. I do wish that I had recieved my items and did not have to resort to filing a formal complaint with the better business bureau in order to get a resolution. It is important to note that I do strongly feel that the BBB should closely monitor this organization as there are dozens of similar complaints on social media from other customers.

I placed an order on June 13 for $151.37 to baseball lifestyle 101. The website says orders will ship within 5 to 7 business days. I needed these for my son's birthday party which was *******. I had checked with the company to see where my order was via phone. There were no valid phone numbers for this company. I resorted to social media and left comments along. Has multiple other individuals with the same issue. I have received automated emails from this company. I have still not got my refund. I went online to their website to see if I can get a refund myself and they made me pay an extra $6.99 to return theitem which never shipped from the warehouse. *** had no information on my order. I told the company this but I went ahead and paid the Just hoping I would get my money back. I still have not. I got an email saying my refund will be reviewed once I shipped back the items that never even shipped to me. It has almost been a month and I am still dealing with this issue. To clarify, your order was canceled and fully refunded at your request. Since the order had not shipped, there were no items for return, and you did not pay a $6.99 return fee. If you were mistakenly charged, we sincerely apologize and will be happy to review and refund that amount immediately.

My online purchase of a pair of youth taco shirts was cancelled by the company. They returned part of the money I paid, but kept the shipping cost ($9.12) even though nothing was shipped. Their policy is to only return shipping if I buy something else within 30 days. This is wrong and I want BBB and others to know about these shady business practices, so others arent scammed.
