      Never do business with this company, because of their inconsistencies, run around. I signed up with them to provide a processing service with my business. They told me I can process a maximum of $5000/charge. They also said settlement will take about 1-2 business days. On 3rd day, no settlement and we i quite why, only to be given the run around that it would be 1-4 business days, advised to wait one more day we agreed, 20 minutes later, they sent an email asking us to provide three months of our bank statements among other things. We were not applying for any loans and thought it was unnecessary and demanded to end the relationship. We demanded they refund our customer credit card, as we have closed the account and returned their device. Now they are coming up with a flimsiness, that they could keep our customer funds for up to 180 days. This isn't right, we don't owe them a *****,and our customer needs to be refunded IMMEDIATELY, and NOT wait any longer than 1-3 business days which is today or maximum of 5 business days.I hope your intervention will force National Bankcard Melvile NY to IMMEDIATELY refunds our customers of $8,017.00. Thanks for your help on this very pressing matter.Converge *****************************

      I don't even use their service, but the telemarketing calls for my small business are relentless, annoying, use spoofed numbers, and confrontational. I have tried politely declining. I have asked to be taken off the call list. I have been firm. I have even tried yelling and threatening to make a report. What does it take to make them stop? I will complain about this company to everyone I come in contact with, just because they hire terrible people to market their product.

      Deceptive Employees become combative over misleading marketing. They advertise a 0% fee and then when you apply it changes it to 0% effective fee by just charging the customer the fee but only if you set it up properly in the app. The fee is 1% higher than typical rates. They hide this in one line of long contracts. Before signing on we Placed several phone calls between 3 different Employees that guaranteed us that there is NO fees charged besides the $5 monthly fee. After signing on and processing first payment, amount was shorted 4% in my account. When calling to inquire about missing funds I was quickly transferred from national bank card to a third party processing center who Literally laughed at me when I asked why I was charged the 4%. They said there is no such thing as zero fees. Someone must pay these fees.always. I was told nothing can be done to reclaim the almost $100 in fees. They have nothing to do with what National Bank Card is telling customers. This whole situation wasted so much time and money. I have been told they will refund my first $5 fee, but yet to see the refund. I recommend staying away from National Bank Card and do not trust anyone who works for them when trying to sign an account, as they are VERY misleading and will argue all possible reasons when trying to cancel.

      We apologize for the experience this merchant had with our services. We refunded this merchant $105 to credit back their fees. From the notes it looks like this merchant turned off the toggle switch by accident that passes on the 4% fee for the Cash Discount feature, so the fee was passed onto the merchant instead of their customer. We apologize for the poor experience this merchant had with our service and we will learn from it.

      With our Cash Discount program the processing fee it passed on to the customer. The effective rate the merchant pays is 0%. We clearly state this on our website here ***************************************************************************** We also offer traditional processing rates for merchants that do not want to pass on their processing rates. Cash Discount is the most popular rate plan that we sell today.

      worst place to have access to your money. If I could leave a negative star I would. they placed ,y account on hold with out warning and when I contacted them they were rude then decided to discontinue my services. I asked for them to release my money about $8k and they said they had to investigate before they could release and could take them up to 180 days. so now I get to not be paid and my clients already have their products. I tried to refund my clients so that I could bill them through another processor and they blocked my account so that I could not do that.

      I signed up with National Bankcard 3 weeks ago. I spoke to ****** who said I would get 1.9% rates and $5.00 a month fees with next day funding. Once I signed up it was the old bait and switch. Rates were good but they held the money for 3 days and said my business didnt qualify for next day funding. I had to wait 90 days and there underwriters would reevaluate. I was then promised 2 day funding but the cut off time my representative ****** helped me set was wrong which led to 3 day funding. Too many false promises. Very deceitful company! They connected me with ****** the manager and she did nothing. The NEW offer they gave me was to pass the 4% processing fees on to my customers!! I told her I wanted to cancel the account. The account is canceled!! Save yourself time and aggravation do not do business with this company.

      National Bankcard (incorporating *********** *** ******** ***) hit us with a chargeback of almost $600 simply because a customer claimed he didnt owe the money he had already charged. Yet he swiped his card on our National Bankcard machine. Then he won, we lost, and National Bankcard could care less. Luckily we had never experienced such tricky customers, and National Bankcard was filled with hollow apologies when we appealed. Correcting the chargeback? Not that apologetic. They kept insisting in dozens of calls that there was nothing they could do, blaming it on the **** decision to side with the customer. Since the card was ****, ********************** said that **** had the final say and decided for the card member. Leaving us holding the bag. We had to email our case to *** *********** (=National Bankcard) and much later to ****** ******* (=National Bankcard). No luck except more apologies. Details: In April 2022, a customer swiped and signed for a $586.44 insurance deductible charge. Progressive paid over $4,000 in repairs. But that didnt stop him from claiming some misunderstanding we had on a tire. Without question, we were owed the payment for the deductible that the customer paid us and ********************** took back._____________________******* ********, General Manager ***********************, *************, **

      Hidden fraudulent fees for just APPROVAL of my account that was not set simply because I can not set it myself without a representatives' assistance - really?!.... Long story short, after phone conversation with one of their reps I found out I have to pay not just promised $5 monthly for my small business, but $12, like I said, because it was approved. And as soon as I've never set my account - no time hanging on phone for that through my work days - $27 on top for NOT HAVING transactions!!! This is outrageous!!! And what's more "funny" - I can not get FULL REFUND!!! What a dirty joke it is indeed?! I was promised I'll be refunded $25 only. Yes, numbers aren't high. But not everything in this world is about money, - nationalbankcard's rep I was talking with before getting into the deal promised the charges will be no more than $5 monthly even if there are no transactions. You can check your recordings of phone calls "for training and improvement purposes". You are liers, "ladies and gentlemen"! Shameless liers, no honor no honesty. I demand the FULL REFUND just for the principles of the just.
