I spoke with ***************** on 02/2023 and asked for verification via telephone as "all calls are monitored and recored for quality assurance", or that's at least what they stated. If they can send over the PURCHASE AGREEMENT within 7 days of this response to the address they have on file so that we can get this matter resolved as quickly as possible. Under FDCPA Section 809(b), you are not allowed to pursue collection activity until this debt is validated. You should be made aware that in ******* ************ ************ *** *** ******* *********** *****, the court ruled that reporting a collection account is, indeed, considered collection activity.Customer Answer

I have not partnered with this company, Sunrise Credit. However, they have reported a collection to the three credit bureaus. This collection has not been validated. Sunrise Credit never communicated with me in any way to perform a debt validation prior to sending this debt to the credit bureaus. The collection on my credit reports should be deleted immediately as there is no legal binding contract between Sunrise Credit and myself, and a debt validation process was not performed prior to them damaging my credit.Customer Answer
