On August 4, 2021 the Gershow Recycling website under "Scrape Metal Prices" showed 25 cents per pound for **************** I called ******* Location, it was confirmed by the man at the metal scale yes ************************************************************* if a shaft, front was attached.I went to the Bayshore Gershow location and a man about 70 years old at the metal scale gave me 18 cents a pound. He told me the electric motors had to be small, maybe the size of his hand to get 25 cents a pound. I told him I called and was told all electric motors are 25 cents a pound as advertised on the Gershow Recycling website. I told the man "small" is subjective. "Small" is not clear. "small" allows me to be cheated at any time he wants to call it "small". On the Gershow Website under "Metal Prices" there is no "small" just "electric motors 25 cents". I wrote a "contact" in the Gershow Website to management the next day about the matter. Gershow Recycling Management never respon.Business response

There are two different types of **************** small and large and different pricing. Our website does not list the different pricing and I apologize. Please email ********************************** and i will make arrangements to compensate you.

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:On Saturday September 25, 2021 I wrote the respondent ********************************** an e-mail about the matter, i.e. how do I get reimbursed, and how can I tell in the future what is a small motor and what is a big motor etc. He never responded.

I work in the corporate office in ******* ** there is a metal shop here in ******* (like all yards), we can arrange a meeting with the manager and he can explain the differences.

No one contacted me from Gershow recycling. On September 25 I received a message from BBB that *************** contacted BBB, to contact him. I wrote e-mails to ******* at Gershow and he never responded. I think Gershow is mixing me up with someone else they contacted.
Yes, I would like to view these Tutorials he mentions; how do I access them?
I will contact *************** once again right now at his e-mail address after I finish this response. I have other metals and electric motors piling up that I want to bring in gto Gershow but I am waiting for this arbitrary size/price paid issue to be resolved.
