    Cliff took $3000 from me from materials. Cliff actually stole the materials from ***** ****** *****. And left my home destroyed.

    BBB spoke to the owner of the business and the following was relayed: This complaint is a complete lie.  I did not steal the materials from ***** ****** ******  I purchased the materials from **** ******* ****** in Rome, NY and the receipts that I can provide to BBB prove it.  So that is a lie.  I will not be doing any more work for this customer.  He treated me employees the worst that I ever saw.  He threatened to kill one of my employees.  He told another employee he was going to "slice his mother's throat."  And he even told one of employees that he was "going to kill his kids."  I think it goes without saying, but for safety reasons none of my employees nor myself will be returning to his property.  Thank you.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  I'll gladly look up the interaction on my home cameras to prove everything Cliff said is a lie. He also claims to have a video of me saying all these things. Nobody has seen it. To be honest Cliff has told stories since the day I met him. I wanted very specific materials. Again there's evidence of that in my wife's ** to cliffs wife. (Well he said he is her wife even tho they ain't married.) Honestly Cliff didn't deserve a dime. The work he did was horrible. He had employing climbing on a very steep roof with no fall protection. He aloud it to rain inside my home. He left a message of shingles because he couldn't afford a dumpster. He lied about having 2 milk I dollars in insurance because I've yet to see that information for the damage he caused. The only thing Cliff does is make up more stories. I'm confident I won't ever receive any sort of compensation from him.  He don't have an ounce of integrity in him. He's been arrested for stealing. He pretty much has nothing. This is my punishment for trying to help out the less fortunate I guess. They lie cheat and steal. Lesson learned.
