    Aaron AC was called to my home on 6/15/24 to resolve a leak in my interior HVAC unit. The system was working properly at the time(blowing cold air), the only issue was the leak. After the tech had supposedly rectified the problem(leak), and had already left my house, I noticed not too long thereafter, that my unit was no longer blowing cold air. During the process of repairing my initial leak, the tech managed to somehow cripple my unit, causing the unit to only blow out warm air. This was an obvious problem, it being the middle of June in ********. That, coupled with the fact that I personally am asthmatic, and the warm environment made it difficult for me to breathe comfortably, and subsequently sleep at night. Aaron was called back in an attempt to rectify the issue. I was met with significant resistance, as well as a plucky and abrasive attitude by one of their office personnel(I cannot recall her name at the moment). Eventually, the same tech was sent back to my home, and he claimed to have fixed the issue. Unfortunately, it was not fixed. In the coming days, I had to contact a separate company to properly rectify the issue which Aaron AC had caused. $900 later, my unit was properly repaired, and blowing cold air again. In all fairness, Aaron AC did repair the leak they were initially called in to fix. But in the process of said repair, the tech did something to my unit, which damaged it in some way, causing it to stop blowing cold air. This issue ultimately lead to me having to spend an additional $900, on top of the nearly $500 Aaron was paid to fix the leak. So I believe that Aaron AC should be held fully responsible for the subsequent expense of $900, which I reluctantly incurred, only to rectify the issue their initial visit had caused. I would like a full(if not significantly partial), refund for services rendered by Aaron AC(or lack thereof). Thank you. -****** ****** -*************
