  I was taking the wrong medication because Blink labeled the medication wrong. Thankfully it didn't kill me, but I called to explain. Spoke to 4 different phamacists 4 different times. They told me they will send me the right one (free of charge) after I tried to fill the right prescription because I ran out. I waited 1 week and the new meds they sent me said on it the name of the wrong medication so called again and the pharmacist told me they sent me the right medication this time but they just labeled it wrong and they're "sorry". WOW, it has become very scary. Obviously I am done with this company.

  BlinkRx is a ***************** Zero customer service. Every month they are late. Over & over. 24 hours to speak to a supervisor. The worst pharmacy company and I am transferring my prescription to another pharmacy. BlinkRx is garbage.

  They are AWFUL. Their customer service is not good at all. I accidentally clicked on a link to refill a prescription and immediately called to tell them I didnt want it. After several phone calls they told me it had already been shipped and they could not cancel my order. I cant believe it was shipped in under a minute. **************** then called. I told them I didnt want the medication because it needed to be kept in *************************************************************** my mailbox which was 95+. They would NOT refund my money even when I told them I was throwing out the medication as I didnt trust how good it was after baking in the heat.

  The package is lost. It says has been shipped but only label created according to ****. It have been a week sitting in limbo. They should not be in business.

  Blink Rx is a disgraceful company that should be put out of business! I waited three months for a dry eye medication suffering the entire time. When I called my doctors office a representative from Blink told them that my order had shipped out two months earlier! It had not. I finally got a competent person on the phone at Blink and they admitted that it had never left the building and they couldnt understand why it hadnt. They made some lame excuse about new *************, *** been trying to get a second prescription that I ordered two months ago. I just learned that it never went through even though I ordered it through their representative. My online account says that they. they did apply a coupon and they tell me on the site that after their coupon my eyedrop is only going to going to cost me $2,234.57! Just push to order it! The incompetency of this company is staggering. Yet, Trust Pilot gives them a high rating! Something is wrong there for sure because they failed with me horribly two times in a row. Also, I noticed that the other people who are posted here have also had terrible experiences with Blink.

  This business is a joke. I have worked here and there is no real, viable each to ensure you will get your medication. They will loop you in circles saying they're escalating things when the departments they escalate to will just ignore the request because they're not the ones who have to deal with angry patients. Management does not care about anything other than giggling at each other's desks and they have no idea what it's actually like to take calls. They will say "it's a start up" until their face is blue, while it's not even accurate as they do not meet the qualifications. They lie to patients to get them off their backs and don't care if someone is actually getting screwed so long as they are paid. I would never recommend anyone to work for or with blink health, or any company run by the ********. They also are sell outs who took funding from a right wing company that only invests in Republican companies and allowed ***** ** to join their board. The company is literally run by Nazis.

  How are they BBB accredited? They proudly wear that badge in their website with 1.16 stars out of 5. Sounds like they are tanking and will do anything to scam people. Almost got my prescription through them until doing further research thank God. Charging me $50 when I can get it for $25.

  Spoke to a *** about a prescription was quoted $12.00 Then they needed more info from ********* they changed price to $50.00. Confirmed it would be shipped and gave credit card info. Today I receive an email that my order was cancelled. Called them and now my costs are over $100.00. After my experience I would not trust this company at all

  Got a call from Blink pharmacy stating:"your doctor has called in a Rx and it is ready for delivery. I need your name and birth date"I did not recognize this company and would not give my birthday.I asked who the doctor was that called it in as I was unaware. They refused to give me that info unless I gave my birthdate. I said I never get rx from said company and always use the same pharmacy through my health plan and it's not them! They were insistent that they could not give doctor's name or identify the medication unless I identify myself. I hung up immediately thinking this is a scam and phishing incident. Very disturbing!!!
