I ordered their waterfall product. The process, I felt, was confusing. I thought I was ordering a $20.00 product and was charged ,I believe, about $70.00. I contacted them, they offered to reduce the charge. I took responsibility for being confused about the ordering process and gave the item along with the $50.00 of inscents to my daughter for Christmas. Recently, I found they had been taking money from my checking account for some online app that I don't recall ordering, mainly because I wouldn't order anything like that meditation nonsense. They should have known since I never used the bogus app. Apparently, they sent notification through my email which I'm not in the habit of reading, I'm not someone who regularly uses email. When I found out they were charging me monthly fees, again I took responsibility for not checking my email and sent them a strongly worded email to stop taking money from my account and cancel whatever app they, I felt through confusing ordering process, said I ordered. We sent several emails back and forth, they kept saying we're sorry but what if we do this or that, I kept saying STOP TAKING MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT, they sent me proof I had ordered it. I acknowledged I was confused with their ordering process, didn't realize I had ordered it but now wish to cancel. They continue to take money from my account and sending these emails saying we're sorry but what if we do this or that and I keep saying NO...NO..NO...NO, and they keep taking my money!! I don't know what else to do! I just sent them another very rude email because I'm upset, pressed all their cancel buttons AGAIN and now I'm writing you. On March 17, 2022 I ordered all of ****** waterfall with cones included for $26.95 and theres no tracking number there is nothing the phone number does not work. I cant get a hold of anyone to find out where my packages where anything is I just want my money backInitial Complaint

I purchased an item on May 24th for a May 31st birthday. I understood that there was a delay in shipping, but when I received an email saying that a **** Label had been created on June 7th, I was hopeful the item would ship within the next week or two. It is now July 19th and nothing has arrived and when I contact them, they keep sending the same automated email about delays in shipping but state if I received a notice of shipping from ****, that my item would ship within ***** days later. It's been almost 42same days later and still no item even showing being shipped yet. A label was created, but **** has not received the item to ship. I asked for a refund and and I get the automated.Customer response

I ordered a dragon incense burner price range was around 50$ Canadian, what was sent to me was a burner that literally looks like a piece of **** on a leaf price range -50$. I have pics of what I ordered, from my order form and what I got. I have sent NUMEROUS emails, and get the same AUTO EMAIL FROM "SAMANTHA" BOT back each time, and never get an answer from a real person, phone calls lead nowhere. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK SINCE THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE DECEMBER BEFORE CHRISTMAS AND I HAVE HAD ENOUGH!!!!!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS!!!!! Its just a headache. I don't want the stupid burner anymore. Just my money, and them, their products, their **** on a leaf and Samantha bot can stick it up their *****. Thank you.Customer response
