Since Jan 6, 2025, I am still trying to get my refund back for $119.81 for an online GLICH that took place charging me for 6 bottles of foundation I did not order from Lanera Cosmetics!I tried to order only 1 bottle just to try since I dont wear much make up anymore. Once I put in all my personal & credit card information, I dont know what happened. The site began flickering back-and-forth & then totally disappeared & I couldnt find it again; so I didnt think the order went through. That same morning my banks fraud prevention called to ask if I had made a large purchase to them. I told them what? No, I did not. So they temporarily withheld payment until it was investigated. A week later I received 6 bottles of foundation. I was in contact with my bank (phone) and with Lanera ************ bank reversed the charges back to Lanera to get PAID because Lanera told my bank I used my card for the purchase! ?? I tried to let both of them know I did not, nor would I EVER order six bottles of anything Ive never even tried before, let alone order six bottles of a product! I never wanted 6 bottles of foundation and wanted to return them to get my money back, so I requested a return label from Lanera who sent me one and all 6 bottles were sent back to them through my *** store. I received (via email) confirmation from Lanera they received the 6 bottles back, but then they tried to say they could not give me a refund. WHAT?!It is now mid April and I am still fighting to get my refund back. Lanera was PAID for the six bottles and they received all 6 bottles of their foundation back, and I am entitled to a full refund as per their refund policy. This is unethical and not ************************************************************************** *************************************
