Bailey Ford has given me nothing but problems and I believe they are robbing me! I bought a vehicle from bailey ford about 5 years ago. They assured me that this vehicle only had one owner and he was a priest. The car had a little over 19,000 miles on it and it was a 2018 Ford escape. From the moment I first took it for a test drive, everything was fine and it ran great. A few months went by and then the car started slowly acting up. I did basic maintenance and it was my daily driver to and from work. I started to receive recall notices in the mail for the car then everything started acting up even more. The car felt like it wasn't getting enough power. On my way to drop my son off to school out of no where it started to over heat. I got the car to bailey ford and they said the motor needed to be replaced. It was replaced after almost 3 months of it being at Baileys. During that time I had to get my own rental for the first two weeks because they didn't have one for me even though it's on my warranty that i am to be provided with a vehicle. When I got the car back and drove it for a day, it wouldn't go into gear so they came and picked it back up. During the time of them fixing that problem, all of the sudden the starter goes in the car. Which they said was not covered and would have to be payed out of pocket. They did this before as well with a "rotted muffler" when the motor was getting "replaced". The car was only 4 years old at that time. Then just about two weeks ago I get a transmission fault message on my dashboard and then the car wouldn't drive it just kept slipping out of gear. I called them and they said I was covered for a rental and a tow through my warranty. I had to pay for the tow and they didn't have any rentals to give me until I kept calling over and over. Then all the sudden, one comes back when I said I was getting ahold of the better business bureau. They said it was the transmission but instead of giving me a brand new one they are swindling.
