              On January 31, 2022, we engaged All-Metro to process payroll checks for our health aides. They made the commitment to pay them $18.22 per hour. They refuse to pay the rate they committed to.

              I have been a ***** provider for my mother along with my daughter with this agency for quite a few years. Without fail, they consistently DO NOT PAY all of the hours worked, will not let you speak with payroll on Monday or Tuesday because they are "busy doing payroll" , do not accept faxed or emailed time sheets when one is required (IF the coordinator even tells you that one is needed), and delays the pay missing for 2 weeks if not longer. The people working as either a ***** or HHA have the hours for the patient ALREADY PAID TO THE AGENCY, yet they decide when and if you are going to get paid and when. There is no reason for this to happen, living pay check to pay check on Long Island this agency could care less!!! They force you to give them a schedule, even though ***** is supposed to be based ON THE CLIENT'S NEEDS, and they say this is the reason that pay is not processed??!! DO NOT WORK FOR THIS AGENCY THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!
