    I purchased a bulb for my ******** which I had purchased in the past through Bulb America on April 21 and out for delivery April 25. Once the order was placed I was offered a 10% discount which I didn't get. On August 7th I heard a pop and the bulb ?? I purchased blew. I contacted customer service and explained the situation and they said that the warranty was only for 90 days that it was a generic. They offered my a replacement which they wanted me to paid and offered me a 10% discount. I always purchased my bulb through them but I find it very unfair since I've been a steady customer. They are offering 10% discount if you purchase any bulb either way.

    *************************** placed this order # ******  on 04/20/2023, was shipped and delivered to the customer on April 25, 2023, 10:48 am. On Apr 25, 2023, 4:03?PM bulbamerica received an email to our sales emails ******************************** from ***************************** with this email ******************** stating  from the customer *****************************. "I purchased a bulb for my ******* model # *********** and apparently it wasn't the bulb. I guess I have to purchase a new TV" Bulbamerica replied to the customer email on Tue, Apr 25, 4:18?PM with the following return instruction. As of today aug 9,2023 customer has not returned the item back, We also received this BBB complaint stating a total different story  . There was nothing in the email stating anything about the lamp, Customer had an issue with there TV . ******************** replied to the customer in a timely manner,

     On August 8th I spoke to a customer service and explained what had happened with the product they send me. Yes I had an issue with my ** ***** I purchased the part and was able to fix it. I previously thought about returning the bulb but instead I fixed the ** and installed the new bulb they send me. I submitted a copy of the part I bought to repair my **.

    I ordered online 12 LED warm white flood lights, I received 12 LED Soft white flood lights. I notified the seller the day I received the order (11/23/22) that they sent the wrong bulbs. They stated I needed to prepay to send the incorrect bulbs back and that there may be multiple restocking fees to possibly get a refund. I didn't ask for a refund, I just wanted my original order. I noticed the online posting had an error listing warm white ****k and soft white ****k. It should have read warm white ****k and soft white ****k. Anyone who clicks on the Warm White ****k receives soft white ****k. I wanted warm white so I clicked the warm white option not noticing the ****k error. Anyway, I just want what I paid for and the shipping reimbursed or a prepaid slip sent to me so I can get the incorrect bulbs back to them. I paid $74.52. let me know if you need additional info.

    Customer ordered this thru one of our market places called comed, This item SKU he ordered as you can see in the images was S9621 witch is a ****k is what the customer ordered, He has the options to change the color temp on the shopping cart, Customer was issued return instruction to return the item back to bulbamerica for a full refund, As of today customer has not returned the item back

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    Unfortunately the business would like me to return the bulbs they sent me at my expense which I feel is inappropriate as I did not order soft white 3000K. I ordered warm white. Even in the screenshot they provided it clearly shows that warm white 3000K on their online screenshot. 3000K is actually soft white and that is what they sent me. The way they have it labeled online is incorrect and therefore led to the wrong product being shipped to me. I would still like the correct bulbs sent to me and if the business would like the incorrect bulbs back I would happy to send them at their expense not mine. I've made multiple calls and left multiple messages as well as emails to the business and have not received a single response. The only response I've ever received was the automated one stating I needed to pay to send the bulbs back for the opportunity to possibly get a refund with the note that I may have to pay restocking fees. All of which I feel is incredibly inappropriate as I should not have to pay for their error.

    I have received a refund from ComEd. I'm satisfied with *****'s response. 

    Bulb America has been horrible to deal with and done nothing to resolve my issue. They have waited me out for over a year, they out waited ComEd. They've completely ignored any of the evidence I provided and attempted to close this ticket each time after doing nothing. 

    I Want this complaint visible to all who would deal with bulb America so they can make an informed decision before doing business with them. 

    I don't need anything from the business. I just want this complaint visible.
