      I'm in ************* and I've managed properties all my life. I have dealt with many tree people over the years. I recently had Valley do various work around town for me. It was a wonderful experience. It seems everyone with a pickup truck and a chainsaw calls himself a tree trimmer. Valley is truly professional. An arborist visited each property, offered suggestions and told me about the different trees I had and the best options for keeping them healthy while meeting my specific needs. There was no selling, just educating. Valley's pricing was professional and fair for a licensed legitimate business with experienced men who work safely and use real equipment. Their men came as scheduled with the arborist on the crew. First class employees, and high safety standards. Good work practices and excellent cleanup. They left the site cleaner than it was when they arrived. I'm confident that the correct practices were followed, that my trees are well treated, and that my property is safe. I'm also happy to be supporting men who live in the community and work full time in a profession, supporting their families. Your trees are a huge investment in your property and your property values. You can't leave this work to people who have no idea what they are doing. You will be very pleased with Valley Tree's performance.

      I contracted with Valley Tree Service *** I believe sometime the beginning of 2022 to remove the neighbors branches and tree limbs growing over the back fence. The tree evaluator told me the overgrowth will no longer be a problem once he cut. The growth is back and almost as long as before.******* from Valley Tree asked me to send a photo. When I followed up with a phone call telling the person who answered the phone the issue, she told me: well that's nature, things grow back. I asked her why I wasn't informed the growth will return when I contracted the work? I was led to believe by the evaluator that the growth will not return.
