I bought a van in the end of sept from here I saw a van for sale online got approved the day I went to pick up the van I did all paper work and when I was done they told me they couldn’t get a light off and that it needed a new catalytic converter ok so I wait a week and I pick up the van I’m driving it and notice it’s shifting weird I look at the car fax again and notice they gave me the totally wrong car fax it was for a different van they also lied about it not being a commercial vehicle it was. I found the previous owners paper work in the van. Before my 30 days was up I told them something is wrong it’s not shifting right and they told me that’s just how it shifts put a new battery in the check engine light comes on I need a new transmission the manager tells me he’s going to put a brand new transmission in and how he feels bad and how they donate to cancer places and wants to earn my trust back and he’s going to make sure to make it right I get a call that the van was ready I pick it up I don’t even make it home the lights back on I bring it back and they keep it put 900 miles on it tell me they fixed it i pick it up same thing happens light comes on half way home i get told now that it’s the fuel pump they “fix it “ they promise me it’s fine leave again and light comes on again now they missed some leak promise they fixed it I get it back and head to Florida I go two weeks no issues longest I went since buying it and bam check engine light is on I’m in fl now it’s leaking transmission oil and take it to a new dealership and guess what I needed a new transmission again! That’s 2 transmissions in 3 months!!! I will never recommend this place to anyone! This van should of never been up on the site for sale this is just the short version of the hell I went through with this dealership
