      I contacted the business about some broken and missing parts on a machine of mine that they sell parts for. I provided them will all the information they asked of me. In turn they provided me with a parts list of what I needed. I paid over telephone and waited for my parts to arrive.

      Once received I realized I had been sent the incorrect parts as they did not fit my machine. Upon contacting the business they admitted fault by not asking for some crucial info about the machine, therefore sending me the incorrect parts.

      I asked for a shipping label to return the incorrect parts, they refused to send me one and asked me to pay for the shipping upfront and they would reimburse me.

      The package was refused when it made it to them and was marked UN-deliverable at the address they provided. They package never made it back to the sender (me).

      Now with the parts lost in shipment they refuse to refund me the money I spent on the parts. All I want is a refund. I would prefer to have the correct parts for my machine but at this point I will just settle for a refund.

I should have never had them in the first place. I asked for a packing slip to send them back but you refused and made me pay the shipping back to you. I will be forwarding these emails to the BBB. And will send screenshots with my review.  This is no way to do business.
