May 25-27 2022. (refund only for 26 & 27, 25 is paid without issue) Amount of refund should be $165.60 We arrived late to check in so we did stay May 25th. We were charged for one night due to lateness of check in (10pm). When we awoke we noticed sour milk in the fridge, hair in the tub, toilet paper holder was not attached to wall, tub drain was also not attached and the screen looked unsafe for our family. The beds were horrendous as well as the pillows being completely flat. We spoke to morning staff asking to leave by 8am on 5/26/2022, the GM told them to not check us out as we had a reservation in place. Staff did indeed check us out and signed the check out form with time of departure. GM refuses to refund us out two additional night. Wyndam customer support has stepped in and spoke with GM, he told them he would contact us within one week to resolve the issue. This has not happened and we are over the 7 day mark. I spoke with Wyndam again and they said there is nothing further they can do as it is a refund from the actual hotel. When we call to speak to staff and GM from the hotel they hang up on us. We booked through ******* (pay at property option) they also are unable to help and have tried multiple times.
