              I purchased an Artemis II 4-piece sectional for approximately $3000 that was delivered on February 3, 2024. Upon delivery, I immediately noticed discrepancies with two back cushions, as they felt significantly softer, had a slightly different color, and exhibited a different texture than the others. Despite raising this concern with the delivery technicians, I was assured that all back cushions were identical, and I hesitantly accepted the delivery. However, the differences are still pronounced. Adding to my disappointment, two seat cushions have begun to turn upward. This unexpected issue has further added to my dissatisfaction with the product. I shared my concerns at the Raymour & Flanigan in Fairfield on March 29, 2024, which led to a service visit based on the warranty. The technician acknowledged the lack of firmness in the two back cushions and suggested that more "stuffing" could be applied but did not attempt to remedy the issue in this manner. He also noted that the turning up of the seat cushions appears to be related to "people sitting on the edge of the seat." However, the sectional is barely used as the two people in my household typically sit in another area of our home. Further, we have not sat on the edge of the sectionals the few times we have used the sectional. After the visit, I received an email from [email protected] indicating that the sofa meets manufacturer standards. As a result, I attempted to call the Randolph Service Center multiple times during business hours to discuss my continued concerns, but no one answered the phone. After reading reviews regarding Randolph Service Center's lack of responsiveness to customer concerns, I am turning to the BBB. I am requesting the following as a resolution to this issue: Replacement of the two back cushions and two seat cushions of concern OR an exchange of equal value if the issues I am experiencing are typical problems associated with the Artemis II four-piece sectional sofa.
