Words can not express how disappointed I am with the ******************* I have a brand new F350 and after waiting a week and a half to get my truck back with an electrical issue, 2 days later my family and I were stranded in ** because the truck wouldn't start. After calling the ************** I was told although I am part of the VIP program (which includes towing, loaner car...) I had to pay out of pocket for a tow and when asked about the loaner, I was told MULTIPLE times by various employees that they don't have loaner cars. Then the service manager said that I would be getting a loaner car 2 days later and guess what? STILL NO LOANER CAR and STILL NO TRUCK! This service department gives false information and is not at all forthcoming with customers.

I was told by **** that if I wanted to buy my leased Explorer per my lease contract, I had to go back to the dealer. Instead of following the buyout price on the contract, they wanted to charge me over $2,000 more than the stated amount. When I complained, they lowered it to $1,500. I went to another local **** dealer and was charged $150 as a processing fee!!!!Why would a car dealer intentionally try to ripoff a customer??? This is exactly why car dealers have a bad reputation.

**************, I'm sorry for the misunderstanding but we do not charge over the contract price.I would be happy to go over it with you, but this is the first I'm hearing of this. Please feel free to give me a call.

I'm writing this review to warn potential buyers of the unprofessionalism you will endure if you purchase from this dealership. I have purchase several vehicles through the years and they have progressively gotten worse. The sales staff is arrogant only cares about making the initial sale. I traded in a car that had nothing but constant recalls within only a year of owning it. While the issues were not on them, they took my old vehicle at half the purchase price on trade and sold me a 2023 model. Their service department could never correct the issues. The new vehicle had a problem upon delivery. They sent me to their service department which is by far the most unqualified staff in the industry. They are rude, unprofessional and not fit to be repairing vehicles. Many years of horrible experiences. My vehicle had a warranty defect and they sent it out to a body shop that they own. The *** group has various businesses within its umbrella. They cut corners and repaired the vehicle not to factory standard of a brand new car. They falsified the repair documents and noted a repair that was never completed. Furthermore they lied and stated that **** would not cover the repairs and they had to pay out of pocket. I contacted **** and they denied the dealers false allegations and set me to another **** Dealer who addressed my issues. This review is a strong warning to all buyers to buy from a dealer that values their customers and can provide you with service to maintain your investment in a new vehicle. Levittown Ford is not a reputable dealership and will only bring you heartache as they don't value their customers and will not stand behind the vehicles they sell.

I dont post much and when I do it is usually to complement. Unfortunately, I have now been put in the situation of warning people about the quality of work they will receive from the service department of Levittown Ford. I have made a good faith effort to try and work this out with Levittown Ford. My son took his car in to see about a recall that had not been handled prior to purchasing the car (in PA) three months earlier. The car was in good working condition when he brought it in, but it did not come out of their shop that way! At that initial visit my son was told they (supposedly) found two issues that he paid $2853 for them to repair. The story is way too long to tell every detail here. Two more trips back to Levittown and two months later our son still did not have a repaired car. He was finally told in order to fix his car; he needed a new transmission costing $11,000. He had it towed to an excellent local mechanic who was recommended to him, and it cost $1654 to fix. It has been running fine for 9 months now. My son and his wife had just moved there from PA for a job. It certainly was a terrible welcome but mostly what I think is inexcusable is the service departments inability to fix the problem and what they made him believe needed to be done. I would not recommend anyone go to Levittown Ford for service.

I found a Jeep Grand Cherokee (2017) at Levittown Ford that was a better price than the same car in CT where I live. Drove the 2 hrs to get there and test-drive the car and the salesman, ****, knew nothing at all about the car and couldn't answer a single question. He never followed up and when I called him, he was either "gone for the day" (3 days in a row?) or not available. I purchased the car anyway and somehow they found him to take the deposit over the phone. Never heard from him again. Went to pick up the car and nothing had been done - credit app not processed, car hadn't been cleaned, none of the paperwork, etc. Ended up at the dealer past 8:00pm on a Friday night while the manager and finance guy did everything. That was the first issue.Second issue: When I picked up the car, they gave me an in-transit temporary registration/pass good for ****************************************************** I have called weekly to check on the status of the registration, and I was told once the paperwork is in "it's out of our hands" how long it will take for CT to register the vehicle. Big surprise, the temporary tag expired yesterday so now my son is at school in upstate NY driving a car with no tags. I called all day today and talked to managers and finally the *** *******, to find the status of the registration. Their response was for me to "send them any tickets my son gets if he's pulled over and they'll take care of it." xxx? Spent 2 hrs on the phone with NY DMV and CT DMV and found out that it takes 30 days from the time the paperwork is sent in to get the car registered out of state. DMV said I should have gotten a "tracking number" **
