    I rented a storage unit from them and they charged me in Feb 2024 which was beyond the 30 day notice that I gave them to cancel and they agreed via email in April 2024 and Jan 2025 and via text (which are attached) that they owe me the money. They have now blocked my phone number and have been gaslighting me about the refund. They have told me twice that they have refunded it and I have not received it.

    Here is the email chain where the company agrees that they owe me a refund. I have also attached the text messages regarding this refund. I have not received the refund that they claim to have sent twice. I have asked them to verify the card info other than the last 4 numbers and they have not contacted me to do that.  They have blocked my phone number and I know this because I am able to get them from other numbers but get a disconnected message when I call from my number. I also know they have avoided me using their caller id because a few times right after I have called with no answer they sent me a text immediately after hanging up saying that they would get back to me.  I have also called from another number and they answered after avoiding calls from my number. Please let me know if anything else is needed

    I contacted the owner on 6/30/24 notifying him that the Storage unit I was renting had flooded and I was giving my 30 day notice that I would no longer need the unit. I again contacted the owner on 7/5/24 stating the unit had flooded, I lost over $15,000 in just medical books, that was not even including the other items that were destroyed and that I had given my 30 day notice on 6/30/24. Neither time did the owner respond, both times I had texted him as this was one of the ways he contacted me in the past. On 7/22/24, I still had not heard anything from the owner therefore I emailed him. He responded back stating that he would send me the document I needed to sign to cancel the Storage unit. When I recieved the document it stated I had just given my 30 days notice and that I had until 8/22/2024 to move all items. I stated that I was not paying another month that I did not need being I gave him my 30 day notice back on 6/3024. I also stated I was going to contact a lawyer, I was contacting BBB as well. I recieved another email stating that I would no longer pay for either unit and that I had until 8/22/24 to remove all my items. Unit #49 was already vacant as I moved everything out by 7/4/24. Today I looked at my checking account on line and noticed that I was charged on 7/24/24 for one unit and then again today 7/25/24 for the other unit. When I notified him of this he stated that was to get me thru to 8/22/24. When I stated to him that i have the email that he sent me on 7/22/24 that is in black and white I was no longer going to be charged for either unit, he has not responded nor has the money been put back.

    We started renting a unit from them in Sept 2022 and charged 125 the 23rd of each month directly out of our bank account. April 26th 2023 I was going through bank statements and saw that in the months of December 2022 and January 2023 we were charged not just the 23rd of each month but the 29th as well. So I called that day April 26th and after speaking to someone they told me I would receive a call back shortly with a resolution to this issue. Weeks went by and no call. So may 16th I called them and spoke to who I believe was the same guy the way he seemed familiar with what I was talking about. He said that he just put it in the system for us to not be charged that month (may 2023) and that he would call me within a couple days to resolve the other month they owed us. We get to may 23rd and they absolutely charged us 125 dollars for that month and now everytime I call they don't answer. I leave message after message and they don't respond. My girlfriend then called them and they didnt answer but they did text message her saying that I said it was only one month and that she needed to email the account services or accountant email. They did not provide an email and did not respond promptly. These are tough times financially so I went to ****** chat with the company and sent a message saying if we don't get a call back with someone who can help resolve this I will go out on social media and let this be known and also leave a terrible ****** review. They then finally called my girlfriend and told her that they refunded us and we have 30 days to get our stuff out of storage. They have no paid anything back as of this moment but more importantly we are now going to have to scramble to get our stuff out and find another storage place within a month that is very busy for us as is when we really have done absolutely nothing wrong at all besides pay them the money we owed and tried following up when over charged.
