    Needed my Bosch Dishwasher fixed! Googled service for queens for this dishwasher! I saw General Appliance repair and called ************ a Man named ******* answered and said he fixes Bosch dishwashers! He said he would come in about 2 hours! He came looked at the dishwasher said I need a pump. He said it would cost ****** . I then said see are seniors Im 76 and my husband is 75 he said Ill give you a better price which was ****** I said ok! He then in turn said he has to buy the pump and needed ****** dollars I gave him a check which he cashed! Said he would be back tomorrow which was Saturday! Didnt come till Tuesday. When he came he put in the pump it worked for a little while and then the dishwasher died again . He said he had to get another pump it didnt fit! He came back and put a pump in and it worked for awhile so my husband gave him a check for the balance of ******. After he left the dishwasher died again . He came back and said he didnt know what was wrong. He said he would give me ****** refund I would just pay the service call of *****. I agreed it been two weeks I have not received any check . I have been texting him said its in the mail . He is a scammer Ive read some reviews to late. I dont have a dishwasher which I need because of severe arthritis and Im out ******. I hope you can help me . I have a bill a copy of two checks he cashed and his car plate number .his email is ********************************************************* his cell is ************ *******! Thanks for your help

    I hired G.A.R.S. owner ************************* to repair my washer / dryer, which was not generating any heat for its dry cycle as it used to do when working properly. He came first with an associate to look at the machine and charged me a $260 deposit, promising to come back with a part he needed to order. Several weeks went by and then he came back and did some work and charged me a further $365, for a total of $625. After he left, I quickly discovered that the washer / dryer was not repaired and was the same as before. When I contacted him, he promised to come back again but never did. He has ignored all my subsequent calls and emails and I am unable to get any of the money back.

    Had a repair done on my GE oven. No problems. Ordered a replacement of the gaskets on my GE refrigerator. Paid up front in full.When the parts arrived an appointment was made for the installation. When the date of this appointment came there was a no show no call to cancel or anything.We called again, set up a new appointment and again a no show with no notification. I have placed numerous phone calls and an email since then with no success.They have my money and I dont have my refrigerator repaired. This is fraudulent.

    The gentleman from general appliance company to fix my washer. He needed$200 to buy the part . I gave a check for the amount, never saw him again or returned my calls . The check # *** from my citi bank account was for the owner of the company mr. ************************* dated on 08/11/2022 **** cleared . Untill today have not returned any of my calls!!
