      Good afternoon,

      Kindly assist me with the professional conduct issue of the Keller Williams Capital District agent,
      Darwin H********.

      He failed to list the property the way I was asking him to do and it caused me a financial loss.
      The poor quality photos and marketing do not help to sell the house but mostly will slow it down.

      When I asked him to return my property keys he refused to do so. And this is the main issue when the realtor illegally holds the property keys against the owner's wish.

      This agent mostly cannot have a realtor license.

      Please see attached his text that he bribed the tenant at my property to help them move out.
      This is illegal to do for licensed realtors.

      He also asked me to pay him the commission for rent if I find the tenant for my property without him listing it for rent on MLS.

      As of right now, Darwin H******** has not returned my property keys and preventing me from selling or renting my properties.

      As a client, I don't want to continue any relationship with an unqualified, unprofessional, not intelligent agent who is scamming me.

      Kindly assist with this issue.

      Good morning, The consumer first emailed the brokerage at 1:30 pm on Friday, March 15th to share her concerns. We reached out to our agent that same afternoon, and processed unconditional withdrawls for both properties on Saturday, March 16th. I have attached both unconditional withdrawls to this response and both properties have been removed from the MLS. It is my understanding that the consumer believes this issue to be fully resolved.
