    Placed on order with this company on Oct 10th, 2024. They sent the wrong size item, (I ordered XL, they sent small), after a couple weeks of finally getting them to respond, they said to send it back and they will send the correct size. I sent back the small, and they still have not sent the correct size and it has been almost 2 months. No response to any of my calls or emails. Most of the reviews for this company are the same. This company is horrible and should be put out of business (after I, and everyone else this company has defrauded get a refund).

    An on-line order was delivered on August 21. One item was missing; and two items were incorrect (I ordered Women's and they delivered Men's). Per the policy of the merchant, a customer must have a "return authorization number" in order to return merchandise. The customer is given an email and a phone number. I called the number and left messages in voice mail. The messages were not returned. I sent multiple emails, and those emails were likewise not returned. I have also put a partial dispute on my credit card.

    I purchased multiple items on 1/22/24. Because they didn't process my order in a timely manner, my items did not arrive until 2/2/224. I returned a shirt that didn't fit and it arrived back at the seller on 3/1 (see attached proof of delivery from ***). I've yet to receive a refund and have called and/or emailed multiple times with no response. I'm trying to get a refund for the shirt I returned. I kept the rest of the items. Per their website, the item is worth $33.50. The attached invoice doesn't indicate a specific cost of the shirt.

    This is the exact email I sent to the seller on two separate email accounts that I can find affiliated to the business, **************************** and
    *************************. I have sent this email to these emails 3-4 times with no response or acknowledgement to try to resolve the issue. I have also tried calling the business directly and leave a voicemail 2 or 3 times with no call back. I’m just trying to get the money back we were charged and didn’t receive the items and for another order return it for a refund.

    I did receive the package that day. Though the order# ***** was missing the polo shirt. I no longer need that shirt so you can just refund the money on for that shirt should be $15.

    On October 15 I ordered a ******** Outfit for my husband at cost of $142.50. The ******** were too small and I wanted a return label (which they say is available). I wanted to replace them with the right size. I sent several emails and made several phone calls but I got no response. No one answers the phone, it is please leave a message which they never return. I decided to order the right size ******** which costed $77.57 and was hoping to get someone to send me a return label for the small ones. I also order a women's hat on October 17th. I ordered a black hat but received a plaid hat. Again, lots of emails and phone calls and no response on getting a return label. The hat cost $21.50 plus shipping. I just want return labels and refunds for the items I can not use.

    I placed an order with this company, they sent the wrong item. Like many other people, I cannot reach them via phone or email to get a return started. I wish I had checked here to see all of their fraudulent activity prior to ordering.

    I ordered an outfit from Kings Cross and It was the wrong size. I called several times and left several emails and they never responded. Their website says you must have a return authorization from them to get a refund but they won't respond. I looked online at their reviews and this is a very common theme with them. Everyone that they've ripped off should be reimbursed and this company should be shut down immediately.

    We made a purchase on 02/06/23. They sent us the wrong size. We immediately contacted them to ask them to send us the correct size for our event and they never responded to our email or phone messages. Our even has passed and we no longer need the item. In order to return an item, they must provide you with a return authorization code within 30 days. We have called several times and no one answers. we have left several messages and have sent several emails and have yet to receive a response. We want our money back.
