Battled back and forth for months for returns and refund of my items. Even though I have mailed the items as requested, I have not received my refund. Horrible customer service, seems very scam-like and terribly disappointed with the entire experience.Review from Annie B

Horrible business that only cares about money. I asked to return my order (as they said they allow on their website) and I was told no. This is after months of waiting for my order to be sent to me also. It was a real slap in the face when they were sending out emails saying they guarantee delivery within a week of ordering when mine hadn't even shipped yet 6 weeks later.DO NOT BUY. I will be making sure no one I knows supports this business.Review from Courtney W

*** spent over a month waiting for my order and it seems theyre no longer answering my emails. They told me they were slightly behind in production, but gave no indication of when to expect my order. I wanted to support their purported mission but it seems like they dont actually care to fulfill orders or communicate with customer once they have your money.Review from Jason J

I purchased a leash on November 19th for my best friend's puppy. As of December 23rd, my order is still processing. Over the course of a month, I have reached out several times a week just to get an update on my order for a leash. This company is irresponsible and only cares about social media engagement.
