    Why do they have a b+ rating? All I see is complaints. They have been harassing my wife with text messages and she did not even accept any phone call she is aware about. They keep sending messages demanding payment, talking about reporting it to a credit agency. They want us to pay with a credit card. What do they think? We're stupid. No one should pay any of these bills ever.

    Emergency call. - received bill recently. $15. 95 bad enough for a call under a minute. But when I was trying to pay it was over $30.!

    We received an email from this customer and responded within a few hours explaining that the call she accepted was several months ago so our system automatically applies a late fee. Our standard rates are clearly announced before the call is connected and we send out reminders and warnings that late fees may apply if paying late. In addition, this call was well over 1 minute in duration. Had she contacted us first, we could have working something out.

    Terrible. Keep getting texts saying I owe money for a call when I paid it 4 weeks ago ! And all future calls blocked so cant talk to my son. I emailed support 7 times. No response. Nothing.

    Absolutely ridiculous. My partner was camping out of cell service and used a pay phone to call. He put money into the payphone dialed and then was only given the option to call collect or use a phone card. When I got the call I was told the call would be $15.99. I of course accepted as I was concerned it was an emergency. As we were talking I realized that the recording didn't say if $15.99 was for the whole call or per minute or what so I began to panic (the whole thing seemed super sketchy so I was concerned the whole thing was a scam) so I got off the phone.Got the bill for $15.99 plus $5.76 in service fees (love to know what the 'service' was). So my total bill was $21.75. The kicker though is the phone was in ******, placed to a ******** number but the bill was in American. I was charged $29.40 for a 4 minute call that my partner already physically paid for already. The whole thing is wildly ridiculous and completely predatory. The company should have to post notices about the charge and service so people actually know what they are getting into before they call. 9/10 some one is going to accept a collect call thinking its emergency and when you accept you are already on the hook. Callers should be aware BEFORE they make the call so they can decide if they want to go forward.

    we received your email dated Sept 18th and we promptly replied. we are happy that our service was available to your partner so he could make contact when no other options were available. our rates are clearly announced before the call is connected and that includes the carrier fees and online surcharges.     This is bordering on a scam; they say they charge 15.99$ for a collect call, which in and of itself is egregiously expensive. But when I go to their site to pay, there are more than 5$ added in "fees", bringing the total to 21.75$. And it is only when I get the receipt by email that it specifies that it is in fact in USD (I am in ******), bringing the total even higher.

    we received your email on sept 27th and promptly responded. we explained that you do in fact accept payment in ******** funds and would gladly refund the difference. In that same email we also explained that online fees are applied if paying online and the fees are announced with the rate prior to the call being connected. if there is anything else that you need to resolve this issue please email again and we are glad to help.

    $21.75 for a one minute call to a cell phone is assured. I disagree that the charges were stated in the voice message. I certainly did not agree to an additional $5.76 in processing fees. The text message said $15.99 as invoice. Once I completed my PayPal transaction, an additional $5.76 in fees were added on top - all this for a one minute call. This is fraudulent. Nobody would complain about $3-$4 for a one minute emergency call, but this service is simply a way to scam people for money when the real fees are hidden, or require an extremely level of additional to catch.

    Thank you for comments. Our rates a most certainly announced before calls are connected and the fees are announced as well. Additionally, this information is posted on our website. Also, the fees only apply when payment is made online. In the future, please email all questions or concerns to our service department and they will promptly respond.

    Thank you for your email. We provide a very specific service that is not offered by any other carrier and there are costs associated with providing that service. We also announce our rates before the call is connected giving callers an opportunity to accept or reject the call. In addition, we have a very responsive and diligent customer service team that can research your issues if you feel there was an error of some kind. Thank you

    This company is fraudulent and are SCAMS!!!!/My daughter had her phone taken and had to use a ************* to call me. The ************* and call was made from ******************************************** to me in *****************************************. None of this transacation was transacted outside of ****** so why was my credit card which is ******** being charged at **** funds.? The change being in U.S. dollars was NEVER disclosed in any of the text message invoices for the collect calls nor is this made aware on the site.Also once on the Cellect To Cell site, it advises you to review their ****************** however when you try to click on ******** link it tells you that you have to accept it first and the terms and conditions don't appear. The consumer is not allowed to view terms & condititonal on the site at all.Bell Canada ia also part to blame as it isn't disclosed that they are using a U.S. Company nor that the fees that they ask you to accept BEFORE the collect call is connected is in U.S. Funds!! Suggest that anyone NEVER accepts a collect call when Collect to ******** is used.

    On Feb 21st we received an email from you on this matter and informed you that the number you provided was not in our system. On the same day we replied and requested that you send us the correct information so that we could review and resolve the issue. we do accept payment in ******** funds and if you already paid in US currency, we would be glad to issue a credit for the difference as stated in our response to you. if you still have any concerns, please email our support team with the correct account information. Thank you

    This company is charging me $15.99 for a call I could not even hear my loved one. I hung up after approximately 10 second ( on their website it says 12 seconds) because I kept saying hello and received no feedback. I have been going back and forth with this company. I keep asking for a number to call but that has not been provided. They emailed me telling me they record all of their conversations and I told him good as that will prove I could not hear anything. I waited a few days to reach out to them and everything single time they ask me for my number even though I use the same email thread. They finally responded and told me that they would discount the call because of the short duration and now are asking me to pay $5.76 for a 12 second call I could not hear. They also told me that I had 10 attempted calls which I knew because I did not accept them as I did not want to pay $15.99 for a call. I do not feel that I should be charged anything for a 12 seconds and certainly not $5.76. I do not trust this company, the only contact information only includes an email address.

    we received and responded to all seven of your emails and we issued a full credit. Additionally, your total duration, including all the attempted calls was over 8 minutes. Our acceptance process requires you to press 1, then press 3, then record your name. all of which you completed, so the call quality was clear enough for you to following the instructions. we understand your concerns however, you used our automated service, an invoice was sent, we issued a credit and you still posted a negative review. Sorry you are unhappy with our service but we feel we did everything we could.
