      I financed a 2017 **** ******* through glove City not even 2 months ago when I drove away with it the transmission was making noise and so is the wheel bearing he told me the vehicle was fine and that the noises are okay as of now about 10 days ago my transmission broke down my **** needs up to 12 Grand worth of repairs it is sitting at the ****** mechanic in Johnstown New York I purchased a warranty the warranty is only offering to fix and cover part of the transmission cost and everything else they want me to pay out of pocket all together I guess they want me to pay like six grand out of pocket on top of them paying for a grand for the transmission I don't have money for this the vehicle should have never broke down the way it did and it should be covered that's why I bought a warranty the dealership is refusing to fix any of it or help me in any type of way I just wanted to refund on 28 I'm about to be 10 grand in debt for this **** that I haven't even had for 2 months this isn't right I'm going to be set back for my entire life with bad credit this could literally ruin my entire life because glove City lights me about the condition of their vehicle and now refuse to help me fix it I have pictures and my papers and the contract of when I bought the vehicle and how much I paid for the down payment of $1,500 also

      I bought a jeep 2014 from them at day one before even taking the car off the lot I told them about a brake light being on he replied with drive it anyway we will get to it a week after that the car began to smoke etc and keep over heating they only thing he did was get 2 things of coolant for the jeep also I reached out about there being a shake in the motor still non reply of any kind of assistance offer to me he just kept ghosting me and not returning any calls when he did finally call back a long while after he said I had to get into his shop which the tow alone for me would have cost me 300 dollars I feel as though this is there responsibility as there is a lemon law and the car is broke down again not drive able at all so now here i sit with no car and I’ve reached out again and big shocker nothing back from there this is the worst business I ever dealt with and would not recommend anyone go there for a car they just ghost you and finally I had to have someone else call with different number then they answered crazy

      I bought vechile may 19 2024 and one day I was driving from nyc to my home and my steering locked and brakes went and me and my four kids was in the car my daughter suffers from lasuration to the face and I have fractured wrist

      **Review Title: Unethical Business Practices and Poor Customer Service**

      I had a disappointing experience with Glovecars and its owner, Igor Lensky. After deciding not to proceed with a vehicle purchase, I provided a $1000 down payment, which was promptly taken by Igor. However, despite having ample proof of the transaction, Igor claimed that the money never came through and accused me of bouncing the payment. This lack of accountability and refusal to acknowledge evidence is deeply concerning. I advise extreme caution when dealing with Glovecars and urge others to be wary of similar situations.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********* and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. As of right know, the glove cars has not satiated the refund. I have called my bank and the information i was given was the merchant has not been a deposit, or anything in pending status. We have also tryed to message mr.lensky and our efforts have been dismissed.

      I purchased a vehicle from this dealer in August of 2022 with a $21,000.00 loan from credit acceptance. A week out from purchasing the vehicle it stalled on me and the check engine light came on. Since then I have invested over $2000.00 in repairs. It has currently been in the repair shop at ***** ******* for almost two months. They are reluctant to give it to me because the frame is rotted and rusted so badly that it is going to snap at any moment which can be a liability for them. According to the mechanic the amount of rust and rot on the sub frame takes years to get that bad and the vehicle should have never passed inspection to be sold in the first place. I have filed a complaint with the attorney general and they refuse to resolve the issue stating that I was “rude and called over 100 times”. This was because I was sold a lemon. They then kept the car for two weeks stating they were working on it only to tell me it just needed oil which was far from the truth. It’s my belief they kept it the two weeks to wait out the 30days I was supposed to have to return it. At this point I have no car and $18000. remaining on the $21,000 loan I took out for a 2012 *** *******. This means I can not purchase another car as suggested by the repair shop because I have this loan. Contrary to what they stated they were the rude party and purposely held my car for weeks at a time to drag out my 30 days I should have been allotted. In addition to lying stating” the car would last me a long time” when my initial time bringing it back to get “fixed” was just FIVE days after I brought it. They kept it a week. I then brought it back days later because it stalled again which is when they kept it for two weeks going past my thirty days. As of now I am seeking any and all legal ramifications because I was simply cheated and lied to. As previously stated this car should have never been sold to begin with as this vehicle would not have passed inspection with the amount of rust on the frame.

      We bought a 2007 ***** *** **** from Glove cars, around 9/19/2022, We paid $750 down, they knew there was issues with the truck so they waved the other $750 we needed to pay for the rest of the down payment. then all of a sudden I get a text saying i need to come in and resign the paperwork for the truck. After I was already contacted by a bank. I never received anything on how to pay the first payment nor did i get anything from DMV and i paid 2 months of insurance on the truck. I went in and signed for my half of the paper work i had to stop by the next day to grab it and bring my husband the paper work to sign again. that night someone came and picked up my truck! all I ask for is my $750 deposit back. as they never sent the information in to DMV or anything for the truck.

      I bought a car in march , a 2010 **** ****** with a 1200 dollar cash down payment , and a trade in. My trade in was a 2009 **** ****** ** 3.0L V6. He only valued the trade in at 700 dollars but it was whatever, he took the car . He told me I could “cash app” the down payment , which means I didn’t get a real receipt. Then he told me he’d use the 700 dollars as a bill credit on my account and pay off my first few months of payments . Everything seemed good , but he had trouble registering my car , because I transferred plates under his recommendation and my mother was tied to my old cars plates . He actually asked me to forge her signature at one point to “move things along more quickly” of course I didn’t do that I took the paper to her to get it signed. Thought we were good, but then he gave me a 45 day temporary registration . 45 days came quick and Alex (the dealer) was no where to be found. I texted , called repeatedly on a daily basis, and got ignored for WEEKS! I don’t think he knew what to do so he just ignored me. Come to find out, I could never legally transfer plates because my mother wasn’t on the insurance policy for the new car . So I had to reinstate my insurance , re-recorded my car, get it reinspected , all out of pocket. Because of his mistakes . He uses “car financial services” as his loaner bank, they sent me a letter the other day saying I haven’t paid since June and that I owe 945 dollars and that can’t be true . I think this guy literally stole the money from my **** ****** and is now trying to place that blame on me because the months that haven’t been paid were supposed to have been paid with the 700 from my old car. Aside from that he lied and did a lot of sketchy things to get me into the car. He actually muted the line, and explained to me how to word what I needed to my insurance provider so as to make it sound better. Lied about his business name, This guys “business” is fraudulent and they’ve even been caught selling broken vehicles .

      I purchased the vehicle about the middle of August from glove cars it has also been known as i-90 Auto group. I spoke to one of the owners his name is Alex and he helped me purchase a 2014 **** ******. When I had purchased the vehicle I test drove it and it was making a grinding noise the day that I test drove it and I mentioned it to him and he told me that it was probably from the brakes and rotors sitting drive it for a little while and if the noises were still there then he would fix the brakes and rotors on it to this day the brakes and rotors are still making noises I've had two mechanics personally look at it and I'm being told that it needs brakes rotors and calipers in the front. I live 2 hours away from this dealership and have drove out there on multiple occasions for them to fix my vehicle after they tell me they are going to fix the brakes and rotors and then they don't the first time I brought it out they just looked at it and cleaned the shields where the brakes were the second time I brought it down they did the struts in the back and put weights on the vehicle which made it even more unbalanced.I was told when I purchased the vehicle the dealership would give me a 30-day warranty or anything that happens to it it would be fixed I have been trying to keep in contact with Alex and he does not keep in contact very well and when I do ask him about the brakes and rotors and calipers he tells me I have to leave the vehicle up there and he would get around to look at it but there's no promises that he would fix it the car shakes when it goes over 40 mph and it has a grinding noise when you press on the brakes. I haven't even had this car for 3 weeks and I've had nothing but problems with it and just to run around with this company my last resort was to contact you guys to see if I can get help to getting my vehicle fixed the right way and have this place stop screwing people over.
