On June 27, 2025 I purchase a SN3ll Ghost phone 4 from ***************** I received an email saying my order had been received, and I would be updated it had been shipped. I attempted to contact the company 3 times as of this writing. Two times I emailed: **************** once on July 14 directly through my email and also a later date using the websites contact page. I also dug through the website and found the email: *********************** and emailed that as well on July 22. Reading the terms and conditions I see that I have 45 days from the time of purchase to request a refund and we are already coming up on 30 days. I plan to make this request in a few days if I don't receive my phone but I doubt the request will be granted since it would be made on the same unanswered email accounts.
A few years ago I bought a phone in this lineup under the website where it what just a Ghost phone and at that time I had no problems getting that phone.

I am wanting to return my phone but because of many obstacles, I have not been able to. They have a 14 day return policy and in every attempt to email them during this period, I did not get a response back.

I bought the ghost phone about a month ago knowing I could return it if I didn't like it so I took what I thought would be a small risk (given that they gave me 14 days to try it and return it if I wasn't satisfied). I emailed about returning my phone with no response back during the 14 day window (I emailed every possible email I could find online). There is little contact information so I had trouble reaching them. But, I was determined to get my money back so I sent an email saying that I was gonna speak to the BBB and FTC for help and as you can guess, I get an email from Sebastian S**** himself apologizing. He sends me the return label. I then sent the phone through usps and of course nobody picked up the phone from the drop off location so it's currently on its way back to me. I am just sick of trying to do something as simple as returning a phone with the worst customer support. I understand that due to SN3LL being acquired, there are delays, but this is just ridiculous. Many other people have had the same experience as me so I’m seeking help. I primarily just want my money back.

I wanted to reach out to the BBB and let them know I was able to get my refund for my recent complaint #******** by reaching out to my bank. However, if there is a way to leave a review on the company, I would greatly appreciate it.
