***** did an excellent job evaluating and informing me during the inspection. He's extremely knowledgeable and comes well prepared for his clients. His final reports comes with pictures and well written explanations. Definitely the right person for inspections..

We have worked with ***** on several occasions and would never consider anyone else to perform a home inspection on our behalf. He is extremely thorough and detailed in evaluation and inspection of all major and minor aspects of a home and communicates his findings very clearly. The inspection report he produces serves as an excellent roadmap to what the key priorities need to be for a prospective homeowner. I am extremely happy with the excellent services provided. Inspector was prompt with communication via email/phone. He arrived ahead of the scheduled time. Inspector was very knowledgeable, and he was able to communicate what he observed in Laymans terms for me and a more detailed and in-depth explanation for my brother-in-law (who has a tradesmans knowledge). The report was detailed and well written. The inspectors summary is very easy to understand. The inspector was very thorough, as an example he checked every single outlet inside and outside the house. I was impressed that the inspector followed up the day after he sent the report to check if I had any questions. Very happy with the services provided. Inspector was prompt with communication via email/phone. Arrived ahead of scheduled time,and took all necessary covid-related precautions. Appeared to be very knowledgeable and thorough with inspecting all aspects of the home, both indoor and outdoor, used hi-tech gadgets like temperature sensors. Report was comprehensive and clear, accompanied by pictures, sent same day and key issues were highlighted for easy reading. And he made himself available for follow up questions. We also engaged him for the walk-through to ensure that all issues were fixed. Highly recommend this business.Review from Helen R

We have used Eagle Eye twice in the past year for two different sites. ***** is the consummate professional. He is thorough, exacting and up front. I dont think he could be more thorough if he was inspecting his own home. ***** report was made available to us in both instances on the same day as the inspections. His notes, thoughts, findings and recommendations were accompanied by pictures, which was so helpful. We used Eagle Eye Inspection for our home purchase, and we couldnt be more grateful to *****. He was so personable, very knowledgeable and honest about his findings in our 100 year old home. We walked away with a clear understanding of the pain points we could expect. ***** went above and beyond, giving us guidance as we walked through the home with possible solutions so we werent totally overwhelmed. The report was prepared and returned quickly and it was extremely thorough, so much so that we referenced it during our renovation planning to ensure we addressed the most critical issues effectively.
