    I met with ******** ******* who showed me a unit, he then quickly sent me an email that included an application form and a link to make a good faith deposit which is designed to strengthen the application, after 2 days of waiting, he then says I need a guarantor, even though my salary is 200K and Im applying for a 2800/month apartment. Very bizarre! I told him I dont have or need a guarantor, but he insisted the owner needs one to strengthen the application. The owner rejected my application, which Im fine with, but the problem is, it takes 7 days to get a refund for my deposit, which isnt being processed the same day as the rejection, ******** casually mentioned he will process the refund sometime the next day, I should let him know if the refund hasnt arrived after 7 days. Its extremely inconvenient to hold my money hostage while Im in the process of moving, why take deposits if youre not going to approve an application? This company and this man are very unprofessional and they inconvenience people without a care in the world. I couldve used the deposit for my next apartment.
