On 12/18/2023 I ordered a workout outfit for my wife's birthday, 12/28. It was supposed to be matching leggings and a sports top in Rose ***** I paid extra for Priority shipping (1-4 days as stated on receipt) Not only did the product arrive late, 1/2/24, but the top and legging colors do not match. After numerous emails (attached) the company has simply stopped responding. Please note that the company's website DOES NOT allow you to post a review, although it has reviews posted which are all 4-5 stars and allegedly real. This is all unscrupulous and unacceptable business practice. Not only late although I paid for expedited shipping, but the colors do not match! Please help!(the company should also pay for the return shipping at this point!)Thank You, *********************Customer Answer

I placed an order with Peach Lift for a pair of leggings for my wife. We were unsure of the size to order but after reading their return policy that stated you could return/exchange them for ANY reason, we decided to proceed with the order. They took longer to arrive than stated, but that wasnt a surprise since they shipped directly from *****. Once we received the leggings, we discovered three seams that were not fully stitched properly. The quality of the sewing and the overall quality of the material was very sub par. I emailed some images to their customer support email and was surprised to get a response within the hour. They offered to send me a replacement pair but I told them that I would prefer to return them for a full refund. That was the last I heard from them. I have emailed them 3-4 additional times asking how to proceed and they will no longer respond at all. We paid for the leggings via PayPal, but they say I cannot dispute the charge until the vendor fails to resolve the issue by June ****. I have left comments on Peach Lifts ******** posts asking how to get a refund and they just delete the comments. Overall, we are very disappointed with this company and would NOT recommend them to anyone.Initial Complaint

Item states Free 60 day returns, when purchased. This was my reason for purchasing from this company instead of Amazon! Leggings purchased are nothing like pictured, they are itchy, polyester, see through & much larger than the size noted on website. These leggings look like baggy jogging pants on me in a size small! Requested refund and was sent a policy that states that they do not accept returnswhich was not the policy at purchase! I placed an order with this company on 10/26/22 my order #***** was in route with a tracking number for over a month. After checking again it said returned to sender. I ordered 2 items for Christmas 2022. When I received my order the packaging had been damaged during shipping. On Dec 19 I emailed the customer service email address I was given with screenshots and all order info. The screenshots showed that the postal service acknowledged the damage with a "damaged upon arrival" sticker. I have not received anything back from the company addressing the issue. The issue that I stated was due to the packaging being damaged during shipping the 2 small items I ordered and paid for for not in the packaging so I never actually got the items I paid for.Initial Complaint

On December 2nd, 2022 I placed an order with Peachloft for $49.75. I have yet to receive the order. The money was debited from my account but any response from the company says that they cannot find my order. I supplied confirmation and order #s, my name, address, the products ordered and yet they only reply that They can not find it in their system. I am going to my bank today to file fraud charges. I ordered a "Large-capacity Travel Cosmetic Bag" on 9/19/22. My order # is **********. I have never received this purchase! The customer service number provided online ************** is a non-working number. I sent an email regarding my complaint on 11/11/22. Please note the tracking information included in this message. I would have done so earlier, but I could not recall the name of the company from which I made the purchase. When I saw an ad for the cosmetic bag online last week, I was able to identify the fraudulent business and begin this process of requesting a refund for a purchase that I have never received. I am attaching screen shots of documentation regarding this situation. Thanks for your help.
