    This is a sophisticated VIN scam in which you believe you are paying for a VIN report like CARFAX, but instead, you enter unknowingly into a "membership" and are debited "$25 a month" according to the website, but in my experience, they debited my account almost weekly for a total of almost $200 in 3 months.

    On May 13, 2022 I did a web search for used car data. Usvehicledata.com was one of those sites. I clicked on the site and it read, get a car report for $1. I filled out the form, not one time did I see there would be a recurring monthly charge. The website left that information out or buried it in the text. When I finally look over my bills, a couple of months later, I seen I was charged $24.95 two times. I've called 3 times to get my money back. Each representative told me they were initiating a request to refund those charges but I have yet to receive them. I was scammed by this company because they did a bait and switch. There is no telling how many others were scammed? So everyone else beware of this and other websites.
