    I trusted Eurowise with my car and they never fixed the issue. I received my car back with more issues than I had previously. And when trying to speak with them they cussed at me told me that I can speak to whoever I want to speak to about them. I now have to get a new car after they were paid $10,000 to fix my car.

    This customer clearly is not being honest, we did a warranty job for an engine along with the parts and labor associated with the removal and replacement. You have been calling us with disrespectful words from the beginning of your claim. I have been very patient and calm with you. You called today stating you car engine light is on and what are we going to do about it and stated that you will not  be leaving the car. You said your oil lights are on and also engine, How can the car be looked at without bringing it in to see why the lights are on. I asked you if you saw oil coming from the vehicle and you said yes but when you spoke to the tech you said there was not any leak. I wish you would not lie about anyone here cursing at you. You have called multiple times cursing and carrying on and no one has ever addressed you for your actions. You called today with the same disrespectful tone and made threats that your going to complain to the commissioner and you were told to do what you want to do. Your vehicle was driven out of here not towed and have a brand new engine, it is absurd for you to even say you need a new vehicle. Tell the truth  and stop trying to make a business look bad when we done exactly what your warranty paid for.

    You have been the disrespectful ones . You kept my car for 2 months and stated that you were going to assist me with paying for my rental which you DID NOT, because you were being greedy for money from the insurance company. You received $10,000 from the insurance company and you still did not fix the issues. You kept lying about starting work on my car when myself and my husband drove by multiple times and the car was still parked on the street. You then stated that you had cars ahead of me. Even the insurance company had to close the case then reopen because you took too long to get in the paperwork. You were NASTY when I called you and said to call whoever The **** I want too. You have many terrible reviews on ****** . A customer was in your shop complaining that you kept their car for over a month and that you all are rude. Your receptionist said that someone from the insurance company came in to inspect the car which was noted by the insurance company that they did not. You all kept lying about everything that was going on and trying to rip people off . When I came back a part was broken on the car which you told me happened within the two hours that I picked the car up. You then charged me $200 to fix the issue. Your customer service is horrible and this is a business, you are suppose to exchange service for payment . You tried to rip of the insurance company. Why is the oil light still on, and the car is asking for oil after you kept the car for two months. Please explain.
    You think you know your way around all the paperwork and your shop needs to be investigated.

    We have completed all repairs in regards to the engine, any additional service or repairs are the customers responsibility. None of the additional issues are affiliated with the initial (Engine Replacement) . Replacing an engine does not fix any other parts that are bad on the vehicle, yet the customer is making it seem like everything that is wrong with her vehicle has to do with an engine. Customer was told by tech that any thing that has to be fixed other than the engine she will be responsible for, she agreed and brought her vehicle back then wants to cause issues. We stand by our work, she has yet to complain about an issue with the new engine we put in her vehicle.
