  I have been a long-time member/subscriber of the Analysis Factor. Karen and her team of statisticians are among the best consultants in the field. They provide outstanding brief and longer statistical courses on a wide variety of topics. Their emphasis is on practical and applied statistical practice. Karen and her team also provide personalized statistical consultation that focuses on subscribers' specific questions. I plan to continue my membership with the Analysis Factor!

  I have been a frequent attender at the workshops, Q&A sessions, and I occasionally obtained specific consultations on my own research projects, too. In each case, the dedication and skill of the Analysis Factors staff were "5 star". If I could give them ten stars, I would. They have the ability to take complicated procedures and make them not only do-able but understandable so we know what we are doing, why, and what the results really, really mean. They are incredibly patient and never embarrass a listener for not knowing or remembering some things. The discussions with the group are not contests in who can show more knowledge than someone else, and even if the listener is a little intimidated, it's possible to ask questions anonymously. This is exactly how statistics should be taught and demonstrated. I'm very grateful to have found this service.

  I have been a member of The Analysis Factor for over 10 years, including taking their workshops and webinars. My job requires versatile knowledge of statistical methods and interpreting results. The Analysis Factor helped me tremendously in obtaining and expanding this type of knowledge. Karen is a great teacher and she added a bunch of other very skilled, knowledgeable instructors to the team. It definitely helped me gain understanding of some stats that I considered to be difficult to learn. The support team of the company is fast and responsive. Actually, it have been fun to learn and I am looking forward to new themes every month or to refresh what I learned some time ago. They are not just statistical consultants, but great knowledge disseminators to a broader research community and this knowledge is delivered in an easy to understand, effective way. It was great to see the company grow and develop through all this years, I wish the team all the best.

  The Analysis Factor saved my career. Imagine that your university statistics instructor was a phenomenal teacher and actually still available to walk you through an important project at work. I am a health plan professional with a background in program evaluation who provides a variety of performance analyses to our executives. I have a Master of Public Policy degree from *** and a solid background in quantitative analytics and applied statistical work. I have utilized a variety of online learning platforms (*****, ******** Learning, and ********) since they first because available and ******* instructional videos on multiple statistical topics to keep my skills current. I also utilize ***** Overflow and ***** Exchange for help with the R Open Source Programming Language I have relied on for 10 years. I discovered The Analysis Factor about the time I started using R at my current position and appreciated their online instructional format with live instructors, a responsive support forum and massive resource library with insightful articles and videos on just about any statistical issue one is likely to be faced with. I (and surely most applied statisticians) live in the world of messy, incomplete, and skewed data that push the boundaries of what we understand to be the required assumptions of our statistical models. This organization was a game changer for me. The Analysis Factor team is easy to interact with and they genuinely love what they do (teach statistics to practitioners of all levels and make the world more informed). Karen and Kim have provided one on one consulting on two or three of my projects and provided me advanced options (in my case in R) that met my specific needs and showed me how to run necessary diagnostics to have confidence in my results. I will continue to use their services until I retire and maybe after. Much gratitude!

  I have been a customer of The Analysis Factor for well over 5 years. I'm an adjunct faculty teaching statistics to Psychology doctorate students and an evaluation researcher. I've taken easily 6 or 7 Analysis Factor online statistics courses over the last several years, viewed many of the hour-long statistics videos, and participated in the forums. I've learned so much that has contributed to my being able to be a better instructor. I've also honed my statistics skills for my own research analyses and publications. I think the Analysis Factor team provides the best statistical support services and classes I've ever encountered. The staff are always professional, communicate well, and are very experienced in applied, real-world statistical analyses. They know what they're talking about, but at the same time, when they aren't familiar with something, they'll tell you - then find someone who is (this happened in one of my forum exchanges with Jeff). The value of the annual membership fee and the cost of the classes has been well worth it. The online courses are incredibly high quality in their content and implementation. I've taken both the synchronous-in-real-time classes and the asynchronous online classes. The teaching styles are clear and understandable. The handouts and online materials are comprehensive and helpful. The staff/consultants including Karen, Michael, Jeremiah, Jeff, Kim, Audrey, and Simon have all been helpful in my interactions with them. I have recommended The Analysis Factor to my students and colleagues and will continue to do so.

  I've been a member of Analysis factor's statistically speaking program for about 5 years. I've also purchased several of their in depth workshops that I periodically revisit to brush up on certain things. They are very good at breaking down concepts and present stats methods in a digestible way. I really enjoy the forum and the stat chat Q&As and feel comfortable asking them any type of questions. Unlike some public forums, they don't make me feel like I should already know something or should have done an exhaustive search before asking a question.

  I have been a member since 2013. As a nurse educator teaching advanced courses in research methods and conducting my own research, I find both the online community and the individual consulting services at The Analysis Factor invaluable. I trust that Karen and her team are up to date on the latest techniques and thinking in the world of statistics because their materials contain up to date references, and they are conversant about these references. There is a diversity of expertise on the team, which is an added benefit because different disciplines have different points of emphasis and approaches. I love that I can post questions to the forum and receive answers within a day or two. Finally, Karen and her team are gifted communicators to those of use who work mainly in the applied statistics space. I took a course with a competing service, and there was too much emphasis on calculating tests by hand. Seeing formulas and doing calculations is helpful but only to a point.

  I am a physician educator. I support my Pediatric Emergency Divisions Research and Statistics. I have been a member of the Analysis Factor for over 5 years. Excellent service. Frequent emails announcements re new monthly webinars. Well constructed website easy to navigate. Valuable educational workshops fairly priced. Great customer service and phone or online help. Highly reccomended.
