"This company misdiagnosed a sewer problem we had and when we hired an excavation company to do the repairs (Drain Brain does not do excavation services), they followed the diagnosis of the Drain Brain and it ended up to be a false diagnosis, causing us to pay the excavation company to have to excavate and hand-dig for 1.5 hours more than they would have otherwise." ...
