I hired these guys to move my family. They showed up over a half hour late. The moving guys got in a fight outside my home amongst themselves. They ripped a hole in the flooring of my home while moving my washer. They then wrecked the moving truck full of my belongings by running into a bridge on the way to my new home, causing thousands of dollars of damage to our personal property. The owner came, and offered to pay for the damages. I have since tried to contact him several times. He will not return my calls or text messages. My three year old son and I lost furniture, televisions, toys, decorations, and other belongings. The owner “Justin” acted like he was going to make it right, and then disappeared on me. Please don’t hire them. It isn’t worth it!

I advise you not to use the company. The gentleman who I worked with over the phone was very nice and professional, but when I got their quote it included three hours of labor instead of the two hours additional hour that the two hours I stated I needed. NOne of this was stated in our original conversation. There were also additional fees which I came to find out is are because they don't own their own equipment so thus the move was much more expensive than it would have been anywhere else I have moved. I went with them anyway because I was short on time to find someone new and gentleman said that they would adjust the time at the end of the move to reflect the actual time. My daughter said the movers got it done but were not professional, and seemed most focused on talking about the lasted gossip from their social circle. The entire time the movers were with my daughter was 1 hour and 45 minues. In the end Strong hands DID NOT adjust the hours and charged my credit card for three hours. I treid calling but sudddenly they weren't answering their phone and had no voicemail set up. Again, I advise you, do not use this company.
